    This was the easiest and most seamless car rental experience EVER!!!…read more I was dropping off a rental for my wife who had some car troubles with her ride and the manager Naomi was kind, professional, and extremely efficient! One thing that stood out was that I asked for a ride home and their shuttle driver just happened to be away for a while so the manager offered to comp me an Uber lift. That was a very professional and pro-long-term-business move. I appreciate that. I've done a lot of traveling for work and dealt with many car rental companies and I wish this level of customer service was standard in the industry. I had a free rental with my points. She still ended up charging me after I called and asked her if all I owed was a deposit in taxes for the car and I show and she says I have to pay a difference so what she did was she charged me for a car that was told the same class to reserve, but it isn't so when I called ahead of time to reserve the same type of car for my points they end up approaching me more for a difference and didn't tell me about it and I make special arrangements to deal with one employee so there's no confusion and still Naomi has a way to craft yourself to just change either the arrangements. I have not return my insurance claim with the proper dates rent me dirty cars I was told I could come back and she would be different but she never was. That's always the same in a difficult transactions with her. Kyle is not like that and if he tries to be nice and work with me, she has to put in and just just completely changed my experience I get dirty cars. She says they're clean. I get cars that breakdown. She says they're perfect.

    Never rent here! Such a shady place! I have made a reservation online and thoroughly reviewed the…read morepolicy. It didn't say anything about special terms for paying with debit card. However when I arrived at the location, the person at the counter was very unpleasant and said that they do not accept debit cards due to a new policy that's in place for the last 10 days and they have no idea why this was not displayed online, nor that they care about my reservation. After I pointed to the flyer that had information about payments with debit card, I was told that they actually can accept a debit card, but I just do not qualify for that, because in order to use a debit card I had to have a Corporate Discount Program number... I asked if I could speak to the manager, but the guy at the counter who's name is Chris said he is the only person here and he is a branch manager and gave me a "can you finally leave me alone and get out" kind of look. At that time I saw some person walking out from their office and quickly leaving the building. Another lie as he clearly wasn't the only employee at the office. Chris refused to provide his last name or employee ID, but I have recorded our conversation so that Hertz senior management can listen to how some of the "branch managers" treat their clients.
