EDIT: Due to the dealers response, changing the review to a positive one so that it doesn't negatively affect their ratings. Glad to see that they are attentive and responsive to reviews. That goes a long way!! :)

I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

I got a call back a day later they said we found the key come on down . We are ready to purchase the day we were in there . Explained that I was disappointed in the debacle about the key . I have full text threads of the behavior of their sales agents Who actually disrespected me via text. What they don't understand is I am a retired guy and I buy Power Sports. I even requested an apology and got nothing. I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.

Long story short- we were looking to buy 6 bikes... SIX! Five dirt bikes and one street. Also the freight/dealership fees would fluctuate from one write up to the next. It was really annoying and I basically didn't even want the bikes anymore. Aside from this, they (Young's) had a week to track down one bike in particular; a KLX300 dual sport. They didn't. On the day we came in to purchase they clearly had JUST asked a sister dealership about the 300. Well guess what? The 300 sold. This led hubby to finding Karl Malone. They had a 300 they needed to build. We had them build it, got the pricing solidified and picked it up a couple of days later. It was so easy working with them we began to wonder if they had the rest of the bikes we wanted. So when we went to pick up the 300, we asked about the other bikes and discovered they had everything but the KLX230S. It took us less than 2 hours to make a deal on 4 bikes!! They were straight forward with the negotiations and our sales guy, Scott, was great to work with. He was responsive and straightforward- 2 qualities we value and appreciate. Regretfully, I did end up buying the 230S from Young's because we didn't want to wait for that bike. But the other 5 bikes we got from Karl Malone- and I only wish we'd found them sooner. It would've saved us from the headaches, frustration and mind games Young's plays.

I brought in a '99 HD Super Glide Sport to have some maintenance done, as well as many wear and tear parts replaced. This bike was fast, super fun to ride, and was passed down by my dad to me. He was the original owner. To make a long story short, the bike I brought in was a sports car, and what I got back was a Toyota Prius. I spent over $2,000, mostly in labor, to have them replace worn parts and do the overall maintenance on my bike. I was patient as they spent several MONTHS trying to get it to "run right" by messing around with the carburetor. I finally got the call on August 15, 2024, that it's ready to roll. I went in and picked it up on August 22. Let me tell you, it was the most disappointing ride home of my life. I almost wanted to turn around and go right back to the shop because of how underpowered my bike had become. It felt like I was riding a moped. Every single gear has been completely botched. The bike has absolutely no power. I'm not confident that I could even take the bike on the freeway; that's how bad it performs. Naturally, I called back the very next day (8/23) and explained my frustrations about how the bike I brought in is worse than the bike I got back. I was told that if I brought it back, I'd have to pay another $800+ to have even MORE work done on it to try and correct the mistake that this shop made. Even then, they couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed. Is this truly how you do business in 2024? If so, I would highly recommend staying away from this shop. My bike was there for far too long, and for what? To run like a gas-powered scooter? Absolute insanity. At least own up to your mistake and get my bike right (however long that takes) without making me pay for it. If I had known that my bike would have ended up like this, I would have never brought it by in the first place. Additionally, I've noticed that this business only responds to positive reviews and ignores the negative ones. This is very telling of how they handle customer complaints and issues.
