Good people who work with you, explain things, and go the extra mile for customer service. When I drop off my CanAm, even Wednesday night just as they were leaving for Thanksgiving, they helped me unload it and push it in their garage (belt broke). Their prices have been quite reasonable, and I expect to be using them for years to come.

I called for an appointment, and they squeezed me in and did the install while I waited. Wow, what an amazing experience! Great service, both to me and my bike. Chris and his crew are good guys, good mechanics, and offer their services at a fair price! They're also super-fast and easy to work with... unlike most shops in town. Be aware that prices aren't really negotiable and when they are, there's very little wiggle room. The used bike market has very thin profit margins, so expect to pay asking price + title/registration + $150 documentation fee + 7.5% tax on top of it.
