first off they continually kept changing the price on my trade in, they agreed to throw in a radio, but on signing day they told me I had to pay half. I continued with the trade in, but bottom line is the machine value I bought was $26K. I took it on the first outing which was the elk hunt, I put 200 miles on it. I was told it was fully serviced, while on the hunt it over heated so I drained and flushed the radiator and it worked perfect. Everyone in camp said they could smell my machine burning oil and could hear a rattling in the rear end, we figured it was just the plastic cover to the clutch, and the oil smell due to resent oil change. well this was not the case, I decided to due a full oil change and differential fluid change. Oil was full and clean, front diff full and clean, but the rear was all but empty, the only thing that came out of the drain plug was silvery sludge and a metal needle bearing pin. Transmissions are different from motors, trannies don't run on compression, so I was hopeful I would be lucky catching it then as the machine still ran. But once I topped everything off and went for a quick spin, I had rear tranny fluid dumbing all over, upon further digging, I found 2 holes in the transmission housing. I informed Full Throttle, they told me to bring it in, so I did. They called me back in once they had a chance to review, I was then told I needed a whole new transmission, they said there was nothing they could do to help, nor responsible for. they charged me full cost on everything totaling over $4K. I have called several other mechanics and shops, they all were shocked they didn't correct this, and especially not offering to help with cost.
do not trust these guys if you chose to do business with them, if you do, double check everything you can on the machine mechanically, and surely get everything in writing when it comes to money, they will go back on there word. read more
