It is not just that they do great work, it is how they treat you while they are doing it. You walk in and it feels like they actually care about getting it right, not just getting it done. Every visit has been smooth, clear, and surprisingly stress-free. They explain things in a way that makes sense, keep you in the loop, and never make you feel like you are being upsold or brushed off. There is a level of professionalism there that is hard to find, especially when it comes to something as important as your bike. Shortly after, my bike was still stalling. I called them back and spoke with the owner, Shawn, who wanted to make it right and personally came out to my place and kept my bike for a few weeks to try and replicate the situation. The entire time he had it, he would give me updates.As it turns out, it was just me being a noob and not using the fuel reserve correctly. Shawn was very helpful and professional throughout the whole interaction; I was only charged for the cost of fuel. This kind of customer service is almost unheard of, and I will not be buying/ servicing a motorcycle anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough!

I brought my motorcycle in after a low-speed drop that left my steering feeling notchy. Shawn and the team did a thorough front-end inspection, including test riding the bike, checking alignment, and identifying that the steering head bearings needed to be replaced. On top of that, they had no issue honoring my request to double-check the wheel bearings, front suspension, and rear wheel alignment. It's now been 1,500 miles and a full track day since the service, and I'm still extremely satisfied with the results. The bike feels planted, smooth, and confidence-inspiring. Horrible experience…read more They sold me a CPO 2016 GT4 on 5/30/2026 with existing ECU and engine mods and when I called them out, they verbally admitted the car had engine mods after they performed a visual inspection a few hours later. This is BAD because they had already activated the CPO and instead of accepting they've a made a mistake and re-negotiate the deal; they involved their legal department to unilaterally unwind the transaction in order to prevent several consequences with PCNA (Porsche Cars North America) and the State of California. I stated several times I wanted to keep the car, as non CPO (obviously) and at a discounted price, but they did not want to do it, nor did they offer a solution other than unwinding the deal.
