Came here after having a subpar experience at GP sports in Campbell back in 2024. Frank was immediately helpful and full of energy and gave me good practical advice for my experience and price range. Purchased a ninja 400 and the bike was delivered to my house before the end of the day. Would recommend to anyone!

SF Moto gave me such a great experience with purchasing my first motorcycle here! Chana was my main point of contact in sales, and he has been amazing and patient with working with my budget and needs as a beginner motorcyclist and sending me different options when I was shopping and deliberating which motorcycle would be the best for me for my first one. He sent me info on a 2016 Honda CB300F in August as an option. In late August, I decided to head into San Francisco and check it out in person. After trying out that bike and sat on a couple of others, I knew that it was the one! Eric in finances walked me through all the paperwork and payments, which were all very straightforward. He answered all the questions I had, and was very patient when I was processing all my credit and debit card payments and had to call the credit card companies to get them to approve my payment. After payment was squared away, I got a walkaround of my new bike, and ordered frame sliders from the parts department. They shipped it over in a blue van to my address once the frame sliders came in over a week later. I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase, and proud to call myself a motorcycle owner!

I recently had a very negative experience when interacting with one of your Spanish-speaking representatives. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from professional and appropriate for the type of advice and negotiation I needed. This was not a trivial purchase but a process that required more attention and guidance. Additionally, I noticed that prices exceed the MSRP by more than 65%, which I find excessive. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received.

I had a very disappointing experience in this place. The employee who attended me was the only one who spoke Spanish, an arrogant boy who showed a completely apathetic attitude, without a minimum of empathy towards the customer. It seemed that he had no interest in doing business or offering me the advice I needed. In addition, prices are well above the market and the interest rates they offer are extremely high. I would not recommend anyone to visit this site. My experience was so negative that I'm not going to go back. Goodbye!

2022 Honda Navi Ranger Green

I've heard nothing but bad things about this dealer, but my experience was so flawlessly easy, I would buy my next bike here, even if they cost a bit more than other dealers. Last month I was in search of the new Honda Navi, and after calling so many dealers around this area (Tracy, East Bay, Fremont, Sacramento, San Jose, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, and a few more I can't remember), this was the only dealer that was willing to help me. I randomly called one day, and I spoke to a gentleman named Eric. I asked Eric if there were any Navis in stock and he told me no. He then checked his system and saw that there were "2 red and 3 browns coming in August." Keep in mind, this was the only dealer that saw stock guaranteed to come in. Others just said, "They just come, we don't know when." Well, I don't like calling a dealership everyday just to ask if one came in. Anyways, I asked Eric how much the price was, and he sent me a quote via email. After I saw the quote, I asked how I can reserve one, and he told me a $500 deposit is needed. No worries. I put a deposit down toward the beginning of June and then the waiting game begun. June 30th, I received a call from a lady named Theresa and she told me that 2 Ranger Green Navis came in and she saw that I was waiting for a red one. She then offered if I wanted to transfer my deposit to the green Navi and without hesitation I said yes. Because this is the color I originally wanted. Theresa made an appointment for me for July 2nd to sign papers and delivery to my house July 5th. I came in during my appointment day, and the process was so easy. While my paperwork was being prepped, I was walking around the store and all the associates were very attentive. I've had gear before, but I still had questions on a few and they were very helpful. Before I was called in to sign paperwork, Eric told me if I was still interested in delivery, and I said yes. He told me if we can process the paperwork quick enough, they would deliver my bike right after. They don't usually do weekend deliveries, but this was an exception. The paperwork only took about 20 minutes and by the time I was done, the driver already loaded my bike and was on his way. He actually beat me home. I forgot the driver's name, but he was awesome. He handled the bike with care and gave me a quick rundown on the bike. He then handed me the keys and that was it. Thank you, Eric, Theresa, and driver! You have made my 4th of July weekend a great one, and I'll see you guys again, most definitely!

SF Moto's motorcycles blocking and even leaning on cars.

Terribly-run business with inconsiderate and hostile staff. Having lived in the area for years, SF Moto is notorious for using nearby roads (which are already very narrow) as their showroom, repair, loading, and test drive space. As seen in the photo and any given day, they constantly and purposely occupy public parking space, even leaning their motorcycles on neighborhood cars. On several occasions, they have refused to move their motorcycles which were blocking my car, and I've had friends that have had their vehicles scratched. There is a self-righteousness ingrained in the employees and business that I would encourage folks to avoid if looking for a good dealership experience.

Mo & Austin, y'all are authentic AF. Mo let me start by saying you are super down to earth. The whole process was smooth, everything was explained & I was in and out of there pretty quick. I was late af to my appointment and I still got dope ass customer service. It honestly felt like I was hanging out with a friend during the whole transaction Austin! Thank you for the guidance, tips and tricks. You're extremely knowledgeable & your vibe is sick with it. I'd trust you with my clutch frfr. Got my bike, now ready for summer :) Coming back to SFMoto when I'm ready to up my CC's

The tire after I removed the screw and put the plug on it, you can see the black spot is the plug.

If you got a flat tire, a needle in your motorcycle tire, a leaking tire and need to fix it please read this fist before going to SF moto . This people don't care about the costumer and given them a good fair service. they only care about how much money the can take out of your pocket. Let me share my history. I was a frequent client of this motorcycle repair shop, when it came to change the tires of my motorcycle I always chose them like my fiat option. THE PROBLEM WAS, when I got a fat tired , a screw got into the tire, I went to SF moto to repair it, and the fist thing I heard from the mechanic was a lie, he told me that they cannot repair the leaking tire, that I needed to change it for a new one, that they could try to repair it by patching it but it would cost me the same,in that instant I new he was lying because the kind of tire my motorcycle has is a tubeless , tubeless tires don't need and even can't be patched, they only need to be plugged. I told the mechanic that instead of changing the tire, we just plug the tire ,a procedure that is very known and is very useful, easy to do and reliable, BUT sadly for Sf Moto mechanics is cheap, because the only want your money. He told me they can't do that, because the tire was to small, that it was unsafe and that the only time they plug a leaking tire is on car tires ,then again I new he lied to me again, because I already had plug a tire in a same size, and it has last forever with no leaking problems. So I left, and instead went to an oreillys and bought a tire repair kit that costed me about 15 dolls, I did repair the tire, put a plug in it , drive it for some miles, no problems at all, no leaking or air pressure loss. And now I think, and what I am more concerned about is, that I almost believe what this guy was telling me and almost pay for a new tire installation ,that by the way this guys charge 200 dollars for it. I ,that already have some knowledge about tire, tubeless tires and plugs, almost felt for this guy lies and pay for a service that wasn't needed,I think about the people that doesn't know nothing about this kind of things , that trustingly believe in what a mechanic of this Sf moto establishment told them is right, just to taking money from them, just to in other words robbed them. I will show you pictures of the tire, before and after the repair( after I plug it by myself),also of the tire repair kit I used, that by the way is very easy to do, no more than 20 min you will take if you do it by yourself.

I Do NOT recommend . First off I went in because I needed tires, I had a blow out in my rear tire and decided to just get both replaced. So, the tires were a little pricey and the labor charge was insane. But I value quality over price so I went for it. The tires are terrible (Michelin) it doesn't seem balanced and it just doesn't feel right. Usually with new tires I get this secure sensation when I ride ( not this time) Secondly, they were pitching me on other services that I found strange because I just had them done at a school with an instructor. Thirdly, on my way home, my storage box fell off my bike on the freeway, when I went back, they claimed they hadn't touched it, it was odd to me because, I ride everyday and had no issues. Lastly, instead of apologizing, I get a mechanic yelling at me saying i was at fault. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that he lives out of state. After all this mess I spent hours reading past reviews and found that others had similar experiences, but my biggest takeaway was how the owner/s replied to some of the commentators. I found it defensive, rude and never taking accountability, always deflecting the bad service or work they've done. Truth is truth, my review is based on my horrendous experience I had at this place of so called business.

I couldn't get up but none of the employ or that shorty owner of the shop came to help or at least come and see f I was OK. One of thei customer helped me lift the bike so that I can get my leg out of it, but if I hadn't ask for help I don't know for how long I would have remained laying down in the middle of the street in front of their shop , risking my self getting hit by a car, I bro the bike back inside the shop and had them install a brand new brake lever and a mirror, I asked them why they put grease on the tires even if they are used tires, and they said it was mandatory to do that to all tires sales.

I could have bought another bike for around $4,000-$6,000 but this one had sentimental value, so I decided to invest in restoring it. They had the bike for about a year. During that time, I called regularly and was repeatedly told, "It'll be done this week." That went on for months. I stayed patient because I assumed the long wait and roughly $7,000-$8,000 cost meant they were doing a thorough, high-quality job. When I finally picked it up, things immediately felt off: They tried to charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Ok, so I used Zelle, I attempted to pay via Zelle, but due to limits and delays, they refused to release my bike unless I paid in full immediately. I ended up paying theCC fee just to get my bike back after a year. Then the real issues started. The gas tank was completely empty when I picked it up. At this point, it honestly feels like I paid $7k+ for a paint job and a basic tune-up. The bike is still in poor condition and nowhere near what I expected after a year in the shop. The staff was really (the son) polite, and I don't have anything personal against them--but from a service standpoint, I feel completely ripped off.
