My vehicle has a satin black vinyl wrap that was also professionally ceramic coated. After the wash, I noticed multiple noticeable scratches and scuff marks along the side of my vehicle, including the door and fender. Some scratches are deep enough that I can physically feel them catching against my fingernail, while others appear to have damaged the satin finish. I understand that I cannot definitively prove when or how this damage occurred, and I'm not going to falsely accuse the business. However, discovering this after having my vehicle washed here is extremely concerning, especially considering the time and money I've invested into maintaining its appearance. I've attached photos showing the damage. I would appreciate management reviewing the situation and any available camera footage to help determine what may have happened. For anyone with a vinyl-wrapped, ceramic-coated, or otherwise customized vehicle, I strongly recommend being cautious and discussing their washing procedures beforehand. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes my concerns seriously.

Then I saw that the clip that holds it on was broken off. the manager Victoria said the dryer is very powerful and blew it off. I told her I wanted her district manager's contact information. She did an incident report on the tablet and told me I would receive a copy of it in my email with the regional and areas manager's contact information. When I got the email the contact information was conveniently missing. When I insisted on the information, she finally went back inside and came back out with handwritten phone number and names. She was very reluctant to provide me the contact information of her management. I will definitely be in contact with Small Claims Court to get this resolved
