I told her I'm not trying to be difficult I would settle for a used one but she was very dismissive and would not even acknowledge me after that. I told her I wanted her district manager's contact information. She did an incident report on the tablet and told me I would receive a copy of it in my email with the regional and areas manager's contact information. When I got the email the contact information was conveniently missing. When I insisted on the information, she finally went back inside and came back out with handwritten phone number and names. She was very reluctant to provide me the contact information of her management. I will definitely be in contact with Small Claims Court to get this resolved

The workers were friendly, extremely intelligent regarding the services provided and did an excellent job on both the inside and outside. After asking one of the workers how to get a few minor and one major scratch out of the paint on the trunk of my car, he explained how to compound the trunk and buff it. He then called another worker over, and with the help of their boss Luis, they compounded, buffed the entire back end with the machine, waxed and shined the back of my car to show me how to do it and what it looks like upon completion. They did this absolutely free of charge and told me to come back whenever and they would do the whole car for 85 dollars. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area. I will be returning and consider this car wash the best in the area having searched for a good one for a long time now. Definitely worth the price I paid.
