I was hoping to find a new oil change place as I moved here and needed to find a closer place. I got an oil change back in October. There was oil in my steering wheel and seat! I had to ask for the window sticker for my next oil change. Two weeks after my Oil change my oil light went on. I just had a bad feeling. Went to my regular place which is really far from where I live now only to see they used the wrong oil!!! I was going to go back and request a refund but knew I would be greeted by just the people working there and not a manager. Do not use this place unless you want your car to be messed up!!! It cost $8 for a half ass job. I hoped the $2 tip would've helped with a better drying but it didn't. It's great for a quick start to washing it yourself or if you go off roading. I will say the owner has contacted me and wishes to make things right and I appreciate his effort and reaching out to me. The car wash was about 50 USD, plus 10 dollars for the tip, but they did an excellent job inside. It has been a long time since I have seen the car so clean inside. I don't understand how businesses with such poor customer service and disrespect to the customer are still running. Went there today, and had a terrible experience that was mainly due to the owner's attitude. I made the wrong selection on the machine outside by only selecting exterior cleaning. When I asked if I can change it to include interior cleaning, I was told no... so I walked inside to pay for interior cleaning separately, and the gentlemen tells me it will be free today! So of course I was satisfied. Then the "owner" runs in, calls me as I was leaving out the door, and says I have to pay. He blames me for making a mistake, and gets very disrespectful. has the owner, so "he makes the decisions". I paid for the cleaning (which I shouldn't have), then I walked out of there thinking to myself "what the hell just happened!" Never going there again although it's right by my house. read more

I didn't expect my first review to be on a car wash, but here it is...HORRIBLE car wash. I am in disbelief with how horribly my car was cleaned. Mediocre exterior wash and horrible interior cleaning. The workers that cleaned the interior were lazy and unfriendly with zero work ethic. There is still dust on my dashboard, coffee marks on my center counsel and rubber matts are disgusting. I will stick with Panache car wash located on mill plain road. Very disappointing. I paid $57.00 for an interior super clean and when I returned to complain about the stains on the upholstery I was told that it was only vacuumed. It would have cost me another $57.00 to have the upholstery done. What a rip off!! The upholstery is certainly part of the interior. If I hadn't made a special stop last week to price their services, I wouldn't be so outraged. There is no posted price list with a description of what is included for the price,so I had to rely on the person behind the counter. I paid $42 to have my car washed with all the bells and whistles- the car came out dirty and had a huge 18" scratch along the front passenger side. In spite of there being literal peels of paint hanging from the scratch, the manager insisted it was not from the car wash. He got louder and louder, laughing at me when I showed him that it was very obviously a fresh scratch. Aside from that abhorrent situation, the vacuuming actually made my center console dirtier and they wouldn't refund my money. The owner is on vacation until Monday, but I will be contacting him! read more

The building is conveniently located off exit 8. The workers here are always friendly and nice, but the best part is that they've always taken my car right away for oil changes without an appointment. There's one thing I hate though. They try to up-sell an oil change with a "flush" which can get really pricey. I'm already purchasing an $80 oil change (because I buy the high mileage oil) please don't try to sell me something I don't need. Both times I went in they made me walk into the garage in my nice shoes and show me that my old oil comes out black (as it should because it's old) and I need a flush. My usual garage never suggests anything like this. I read online that a car will almost never need one of these flushes and I find it kind of slimy for a garage to do this because many people have NO idea how cars work and will just take the mechanics word. Makes me wonder what else they try to up sell... Anyway... Just think critically about what you spend your money on. UPDATE: This establishment "forgot" to set my cars computer after the oil change so my mechanic light on my dash came on hardly a week after my experience here. Could be a simple mistake, or it could also be a ploy to try to get me to come back and spend more money. It's amazing the distrust I have for this place, but I guess that's what places like this get when they try to squeeze every penny out of customers in a trade that relies mostly on trust. read more

A bought a car wax for $ 59.00, it included a free wash. The workers proceeded to burn and scratch the paint on my truck with an aggressive circular applicator tool. They had no regard for careful or effective wax application. If you want to antique or distress the paint on your vehicle, then this is the place to go. read more

They've changed things so they have a kiosk which you pay at the start. The kiosk didn't work very well, with all sorts of complicated options. The automatic car wash worked as well as any unattended car wash. Once I exited the car wash, it was a bit of chaos. I drove my car to the vacuum spot, where it didn't get vacuumed or cleaned for about 15 minutes. Eventually, I asked someone, and they realized my car had been overlooked. Decent wash. Hand drying should be included in the monthly plan as the electric dryers do not sufficiently dry your vehicle. It's also aggravating that they've increased the monthly plan $5 at the end of each year they've been open. I paid $9.99 when they opened and now they're getting me for $19.99. I'll likely cancel soon. They do a great job on interiors but their glass cleaner fogs your windows in cold weather unless you take the time to dry-wipe the remains of the cleaner off. read more

I looked at my account this morning and it seems that Fleet Express Wash signed me up for automatic monthly $20.00 payments to receive automatic car washes for whenever I want for each month. First of all, I never requested that service and second I don't have a clue how they obtained all my bank information to set up this type of automatic withdrawal. I did not authorize this transaction and I would like to to be stopped immediately. Of course, there is no direct line to contact someone. I've been reading the reviews and quite frankly, I am very surprised by the bad reviews! I am used to a very good car wash in SE Texas. I went there a couple days ago and they did a fantastic job on my Expedition. Almost every car wash I go through doesn't clean the back door by the bumper. Bad experience almost everytime theres some good guys that work there but overal poorly managed. They let anyone use the vacum stations for free so us that pays menbership have to wait in line to use the vacum stations because they arent monitored at all poor maintaince and they always have an excuse. Paid for the monthly wash package. Noticed some small scratches here and there from their wash. What caused me to cancel my subscription was when, after exiting their wash, the rear trim panel above my tire was torn off, and dragging on the asphalt. My complaint went up to their main offices, where I was told that after reviewing their videos of the event, they determined that their equipment was not at fault, even though when I went in, that damage was not there. Wish I'd seen James D's comments before I went in. I'd gone 6000 miles between changes and the manager told me the interval is definitely 3000 miles and now I need to flush the system. I thought I was being hustled but figured it couldn't hurt. Turns out the interval for my car is 7500 miles. Flush was a Complete waste of money. But shame on me for not knowing my own car. My new Apple Airpods ($165) were stolen from the center console of my SUV while it was cleaned here (during an approx. $75 detail service). I noticed they were missing after pulling on to the highway. I returned to the car wash and spoke with an employee and then a manager offering them the chance to return them, no questions asked. They did not. I then filed a report with the Danbury Police Department. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. They will go through your personal belongings and steal them. I have been to the Danbury location several times and always had a good experience until yesterday. The new manager tried to up sell me to the $85 oil change, when I declined he pressed even harder telling me I would void the vehicle warranty and that he would place a comment on car fax that I didn't get the right oil. Than he got shady and tried to sell me the $75 oil change, but would throw in a quart of oil for free. I drive my vehicles a long time usually keeping hem for 150000+ miles and have never had a major engine problem and regularly change he oil. I felt the manager tried to make me feel stupid and will not be going back there. I also watched him up sell the customer after me, so I guess this is the new normal with this manager.I had no issues with the carwash they did a good job as usual. read more

SUCKS! Avoid this rip-off place. Not sure what happened but this place went to crap. They replaced the greeters with an ATM like computer that gives you a HARD SELL on signing you up for monthly payments! Then I finally select a simple car wash for $15 with the extra tire care. I go through the tunnel and the guys barely wipe down the car. I ask about windows, vacuum and dash board the guy looks at me and shrugs. I can vacuum for an extra $5 he says, like he's doing me a favor. What about the dash board - he looks at me like it would be an inconvenience. Forget it, I told him and drove off. After checking in the machine would not accept the Yelp promotions and two separate individuals were not helpful what so ever. I agree with the reviewer below that the automated kiosk is not easy to navigate. Clearly it is designed to up sell you, ease of use was not a priority. Not like it's impossible, but it is trying so hard to up sell, that I was afraid I was going to get trapped inadvertently. Not a good feeling. I finally called a worker over and told him what I wanted (basic in and out cleaning). The wash was good enough. As far as the interior cleaning, first, the throughput of the wash lanes is faster than the vacuum and wipe service, so you have to wait for quite a while. Then, I needed to direct the interior guys, for example, specifically telling them to take out the interior mats and clean them. In the end, it was pretty clean, but I did not have the feeling that my service was nearly as important as their sales. I won't return. Not a nice vibe. read more

Manager will hustle you. But the guys who work there are really nice and very friendly. They make you few comfortable and relaxed while your car is being serviced. Just stay away from the manager or he will charge 70$ for a filter, and trust me he will LOL. read more

He accuse me of not moving up my car, first of all I couldn't there was a car in front of me and if I would of, the driver would of have hit me when he pulled off, I waited until the short Spanish guy was finished drying his car and then I moved up, when I did he walked away and wouldn't dry my car, so I went inside to let Marco know, but the employee lied to him about the incident before I could speak anything, Marco started yelling and screaming at me and I cancel my membership. Dan before you believe deceivers, you need to ask the customers their side of the story. I do not swear or cuss, I am a lady and I like to be spoken to as a lady. I had never been to this car wash and never used the kiosk before. The attendant came over to help me- I said I wanted a good cleaning inside and the matts washed. He took my card from me and chose a $29 wash for me. I thought wow- I'm going to have the cleanest car! I have to say the exterior is amazing, the inside not so much. The carpets barely look vacuumed and there was still winter dirt all over- especially where you step up to get into the car. It was Something that should have been done. After the car wash I went to pick someone up from an appointment and he said "oh I guess you didn't have time to get the interior of your car done". ( $30 later). This place is great! We only got the $5.00 basic wash but our car came out very clean and one of the workers even used a towel to dry off the windows so they wouldn't show streaks! A great value for the money and it did not take long at all. This is as good as it gets for a quick wash! read more
