Just had a great car was at Glitz Have been using them for years. It's been quite a few months so decided it was time to visit. Don't know where everyone went but it wasn't crazy busy like usual. Did a great exterior wash but inside cup holders were still dirty. Don't know if that's extra. Also dashboard was still dusty. Fast wash, and prices a little high but they are clean inside the building. Definitely recommend a visit. read more

I have always used this car wash and have been very happy with my results. However I will not be going back at this juncture because the owner refuses to put up signs requesting that people wear masks. There are a number of people today who had a mask underneath there nose or didn't have a mask on at all and I don't feel comfortable so I will not be going back. read more

I tried to have my car detailed this morning, as I have gone there for detailing for years. They told me not on the weekend. I asked them to call owner, as my daughter works during the week . He said fine. They take our number and put the car in line to be washed. THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER, BE CAREFUL! He ran out to tell us that we couldn't have it detailed? He was busy. There were 2 cars ahead of us??! Then we had to wait for our car and it was never even washed!!! I used to love this car wash, but never again. Lesson learned. read more

Strange place, inconsistent at best- we usually get our oil changed at the Minit Lube and get a free car wash here. I took my car yesterday and paid $5 (the difference between the "free" and the upgrade) for the #3. Today I brought my husbands car, got the same #3 and paid $10. I told the checkout girl and she was completely apathetic. Fine, just train your people to be consistent with the pricing/register. Yesterday there was also a gentleman here who had video proof that they had damaged his car handle ($300 value). Apparently the employee here said it'd come that way, he asked to pull video footage and it proved they'd damaged his car here. Yikes! read more

Stopped in there on Saturday 7/23. I was a frequent customer but haven't been there for a while. I found it strange I was the only car there on a Saturday morning at 10am. When I went to paid my bill I told the cashier its looks quiet today. Her comment was it been like that. After the guys toweled dry my car, I asked them what about the inside windows or tires. He told me you only purchased the full service which was $18.08. You need to purchase the Super service if you want your windows and tires cleaned. I love this car wash. For "Full Service" it is $12 and they do a great job vacuuming and wiping down the inside. They take extra care to scrub the outside and bottom of the car before sending it through the wash and wiping it down afterwards. I am never satisfied with a no-touch car wash service; these guys do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Free wash after 10 of them! read more

went there yesterday and paid over $15 for a normal outside car wash. they did a good job but that's way to much to pay for a car wash. for $15 is just to much. you can get a pass for unlimited car wash at most places for $20 a month. last time i went there i paid $8 for the same car wash so they went up $7. thats just nuts read more

paid $18 to have my car washed and vacuumed... they didn't vaccuum or wipe down the inside at all. when the guy asked why I was wiping down the inside I showed him where it hasn't been wiped or vacuumed... all I received was "they are supposed to do that first". terrible customer service and bad product. read more

Took my car for a 'full wash', and left with a poorly cleaned interior. Also noticed a big tear on my leather seat after I got home. Terrible. I have heard good things about this place and gave it a chance. When I got into my car after it had been vacuumed and through the wash it didn't look much better from when I brought it in. Nothing was wiped down and it did not have a clean smell at all. I will not be back. read more

Paid $32 for a full service on my car they let my car air dry did get wiped down they were supposed to clean the in side and they did a horrible job! I have nothing with lady's working there but when they had the guys there they did a lot better job! I watched multiple cars leave with marks and dirty on the car they were very careless!!!! read more

This car was has clearly under new management. I hadn't gotten a car wash from them in a while. Upon arrival their staff was not in place to open on time. Car magnets that I asked to be sprayed ended up being ripped by one of the workers. Despite being first the workers were working with another customer first before I spoke up. My front floor mats were clean and not the back mats, black smudges on my white car, glass cleaner sprayed on my seats, wet car mats put back in my car. My visit was extremely disappointing! Service was inconsistent from one customer to the other. read more

They don't really "wash" your car. Have an SUV and there is still dirt on the roof of the car. No attempt to clean it

Ok first of all, I went to this place quite frequently. Always did a good job as far as I've concerned with my truck. Now the interesting part they go to clean my rugs, my rugs are locked into the floor. Instead of unlocking the rugs they pull the entire thing out ripping the rugs from the carpet of the floor. The manager sends me to some half-assed hack of auto body guy who temporarily fixes the problem. When I brought the truck back to show the manager what was not working with the guy did not fix he didn't seem interested nor did he care. Advise everyone that goes to this place unlock your mats take your antennas off etc. I will never ever go to that place again as I gave the opportunity to address the situation properly they failed and all aspects. Be careful and be warned! read more

Glitz car wash is fantastic! The first time I got my car washed there I had a minivan. They did a great job washing and vacuuming the car (my daughter was young at the time and there was a lot to clean up back there!) And as I got into the car to leave I looked down and found my daughter's gold earrings in the tray. P.S. I didn't even know they were in the car, they had evidently fallen between the seats and they found them as they vacuumed! Imagine! This is just the kind of thing, as well as the excellent service, that makes me a customer for life! I highly recommend this car wash, their work ethic is exceptional! read more

Paid for a full service wash which included an interior cleaning that was poorly done. Instead they left a muddy knee stain on my seat. Interior looked no different than when I brought it in. Half fast vacuumed and nothing was wiped down. read more

Had awful service today. The lower back quarter panels were left wet. I pointed them out and they came over and dried them. They walked back to the line to hang out and talk and when I walked around the front of the car they didn't do the grill or bumper. I got annoyed and grabbed one of their towels again and the guy came over again and wiped it off. I won;t use them again. They should have checked after the first mistake. Lazy idiots. read more
