**Response to Cheryl A**…read more Also, it appears that your company only has a history of disputing negative reviews below by many other people other than me and always skirting responsibility...Being a responsible business owner means trying to make it right with your customers/clients instead of always trying to level blame on their shoulders while AAA says they have always done everything right...This is very typical of a business that deserves poor reviews. Just for some insight as well to the level of "Non-Quality and Nightmarish" work that AAA does. Please the pictures attached of the main Control 4 housing tower that AAA installed and look how disgusting, dirty and dusty the tower is to this day! You would think that if you paid a company $30K to install a full home automation system that they would at least have the professionalism to clean up and turn over the system in a very professional and clean manner instead of leaving it like these pictures show, correct? Well they didn't so if anything speaks a words it should be these pictures! Being a Yelp Elite reviewer I ONLY give poor or negative reviews when they are warranted...as you can see from my profile I have given many 4 and 5 star reviews but when I do give a 1 star review it is for a reason especially considering I am a fellow business owner of over 16 years and understand the negative implications these can cause. If you are looking for a Ethical, Quality Driven and Responsible Home Automation company RUN AWAY from THIS ONE and DO NOT LOOK BACK! I know this review sounds harsh but it is as truthful as can be. In 2020 while doing a major renovation of our penthouse condo, we decided to retain AAA to design, wire and install our Control 4 Home Automation system complete with RGBY Lighting, Control 4 Lighting and Switches and Lutron Shades...A Project that was well over $30,000 without even finishing ALL of the shades. Not that they have received ALL of their money they refuse to assist us in helping us achieve a fully functioning system. Recently some of the programming went "wonky" which is part of the issue they caused with the driver's they installed and the owner literally told me to reach out to the guy who sold us the system who no longer works for AAA, how crazy is that. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across. I will update this review accordingly in the future with also pictures of how they left the Control4 cabinet install etc. once I get them uploaded. I will also update it accordingly to give insight as to how things are going with AAA in terms of getting our system operating as we were promised it would at contract completion. Stay Tunes, I am assuming we are going to have to go the route of litigation!

Your guys were beyond professional and personable along the way, and my home theatre is beyond my wildest dreams. They showed me everything that's as going on, and walked me through how to use my home system with ease My home theatre makes it feel like I'm in the movies or at the stadium. No better company in Atlanta.

It's almost easy to drive right by the store and not see them from the outside as they are located on the second story of a small retail strip storefront above a nail salon. But once you're at the top of the stairs, you'll find yourself in stereo Seventh Heaven! From stand mounts to head-high floor towers, along with all sorts of amplification choices to drive them, EHT is a drool on tools, audio store adventure. A real Atlanta gem. I've been very happy with some modest stand mounts I purchased from them a while back. They have "craft beer budget" gear, along with 1787 Chateau Margaux priced equipment.

Upon entering the very nice showroom upstairs, I was immediately greeted by Scott. He was with another client, but he offered for me to look around and he would be right with me. As soon as he finished with his other customer, he came right over to where I was browsing and introduced himself. I explained to him my current income situation (or lack there of :) ), and that I had never been to his shop, but was just curious what he had. So he knew I was not in the immediate market. That did not deter him from spending time with me. He clearly understands developing a potential relationship for the long-term. I really expected Evolution to be VERY Home Theater centered. While they certainly have that expertise, they also have a ton of two channel HiFi! I would say their point of entry is the mid-fi market, but really specializing in Hi-Fi to the Super Hi-Fi. Scott took me around and we had fun listening to some amazing set-ups. They are very McIntosh heavy. This was by far the largest amount of McIntosh gear I have seen on display. They also carry Rotel and Marantz on the electronics side. For speakers, they have Dynaudio and Sonus Faber mostly. For analogue they carry some beautiful EAT tables. The shop is definitely drool worthy. Super amazing gear, beautiful set-up, and a friendly non-discriminating staff. I would say for the most part this is a "cost no object" type of place. However, if you have a budget in the mid to high 4 figures, they definitely have gear for you.
