They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. Anyway Daniel whom I spoke with was positive they could repair it. He sad he checked on line and was able to find hits for parts for it, so I went in dropped it off and left my deposit. So after a month goes by no call or updates I made the decision to pick my devise up, because they were obviously pushing me to the back or they just couldn't fix it, either way don't keep me waiting like your doing something when your doing nothing but wasting my time. When I went in to get it Daniel had taken off the four screws that held the back on and said it would take thirty mins to put it back on, I'm like why it took me five mins to take it off when I originally went to check out if it was a loose wire in the beginning so I know he was not telling the truth. I wanted my deposit back and he did not want to give it back. He said that the owner would contact me Via email to discuss the matter, not that he would call but that he would email. The hours on here are accurate, so come check it out. The place smells old so wear a mask if you don't like that. I love the musky old vintage smell when I'm in these kinds of stores, it really elevates the experience in all senses. They have hand sanitizer around as well. The staff was super cool and friendly. They let me take pictures and just hang around. It's definitely a museum feel. They also have new vinyl records too. Posters as well. Their prices seem fair and reasonable.
