Plug not in the hole in my tire

I came in on April 29, 2023, with one of my tires leaking air. I explained that I had purchased a contract when I purchased my vehicle that would cover the cost of any repair to my tire. I had come to this dealership before for this same reason, two years ago, and they replaced my tire without a problem. This time, I got the impression that they did not want to help me or accept the contract. I wouldn't have minded since the contract was several years old and purchased from another dealership. But, they told me they would do the work regardless and tried to convince me to get work done on my car that I did not need. Instead of turning me away or not accepting the contract, they accepted the contract. I waited at the dealership for just over an hour while they worked on my car. During my wait, I was working in the service waiting room and I saw the mechanic with my car keys talking to the man behind the service desk and they were giving me weird looks. I ignored this and assumed that they were just frustrated that I was not going to be paying for my service and the contract company was paying instead (which I am assuming is less money than I would have to pay them). When my car was finished, I was handed my keys and told that my one tire did have a leak and was "fixed" and then the man condescendingly explained how tire pressure fluctuates with the temperature outside so I really shouldn't worry if my car tire pressure changes. I was not told what was done to "fix" my tire, but I was handed my keys and got the impression that they wanted me to leave. When I went outside to my car, my girl scout cookies that I had left in the front were eaten!!! I know that the dealership is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but eating my cookies was seriously unnecessary. I know this review is already long, but the WORST is yet to come. THE VERY NEXT MORNING THE TIRE THAT THEY "FIXED" WAS FLAT AND I HAD TO CALL AAA TO COME AND CHANGE MY TIRE. I THEN WENT TO A DIFFERENT CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TIRE REPLACED. The tire was "fixed" less than 12 hours prior. When AAA came, I looked at the tire. They told the contract company that they internally patched the tire, but they did not. They put a plug into it and the plug was NEXT TO the hole NOT in the hole. I have pictures and videos of the tire. The guy who took my tire off said "This is the worst plug job that I have ever seen. They put a second hole in your tire instead of fixing the first". This led to me needing to leave work early to get my tire fixed and spending more time and money on this situation than would have been necessary if they had just actually fixed my tire or replaced it to begin with. SO. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership. And I highly suggest that you don't either.

I will not complain about the service since it seemed normal…read more However I will say that after mentioning and showing a coupon for an oil change special of $19.99 I was promptly told that it didn't apply to my vehicle since it uses synthetic oil (well dahhh ! What newer vehicle doesn't use synthetic oil) that left me a bit uncomfortable, enough to post this review. If you're going to offer a special that's worth anything then do like most service centers do: they honor the coupon and mention that it only covers older vehicles. Then they will adjust the price by a few dollars to cover the HIGH(laughter) cost of synthetic oil. But not at this dealership oh no they will charge you the full rate of $79.99 with no adjustment to their $19.99 oil change special. So after having waited for five hours, they told me that they had to order a part which would arrive the next day. Went back the next day and about an hour and a half later they had the car ready. They forgot to give me the bill for the oil change which I mentioned to them, the service manager a really nice guy must have heard me and told the girl to just charge me $39.99 for the oil change now that's a fair price for it! I originally rated them with one star but upgraded it to 3 stars which is not bad considering that to get five stars you have to be excellent all around, which we shall see during my next visit.

Ramon the young salesperson introduced himself and we began the process. Immediately I explained that the only two figures that mattered to me were the out the door price and the financing rate, as I would be paying cash for over half the purchase price and have a credit score rated "exceptional". He assured me that he understood and alluded that both would be achievable. Well, four hours later after the typical negotiations I was finally able to meet with the finance manager and complete the purchase. I was then informed me that they were offering me 7.9% on the price we had agreed upon. I stated that the rate wasn't even close to what I was looking for and he came back with 4.9% but at the full MSRP cost. I simply left because I knew that their rates were ridiculous. Two days later I purchased a beautiful GMC SUV from Franco at Sawyer Lyons GMC in Randolph, at both a competitive price and at 1.9%. After three separate negotiations and Johnson Dodge I recognize that their primary strategy is to stall as much as possible in an attempt to wear the buyer out, then hope that out of exhaustion they will make a sale on their terms.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle on 12/26/25. Had been asking for days what the interest rate they…read morecould get us on the loan is, and finally told them we were not coming down to sign paperwork without knowing, because I had been approved for a loan at my bank at 7.89%. Finance guy gets on the phone and tells us the rate is 8%, chastises me over how little the difference in percentage is and how little it will make a difference overall on the loan. We believed him and went to sign the paperwork, only to realize after signing, the rate he gave us was NOT 8% but was in fact 8.84%! I am an idiot for trusting him, and it is costing us more than $500 in interest. Test drove the vehicle the week before purchase, took it to our mechanic for inspection who found an issue, which Kia fixed. Did not check it on 12/26 prior to purchase. Took it home and realized there was a new rip in the passenger front seat, and the heated seats no longer worked, as well as there was still a problem with the front wheel bearing which should have been fixed as part of what they had repaired found by our mechanic. The next day, 12/27/25 the heat stopped working. We realized not long after, the child safety lock was stuck on the driver's side rear door and the tire sensor light was on. After bringing it to service the first time, we were told they never inspected the vehicle!!! Was fed lines before purchase like all their preowned cars undergo a 150 point inspection, and the owner is real big on safety because he does not want a car coming back to them after purchase. Have brought it back multiple times to the service department since then to have these repairs made, but as of today 1/27/26, a month after purchase, they are STILL NOT COMPLETED and was just told to come pick it up AGAIN while they wait for parts! To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I would never purchase a car from them again!

What an amazing experience! Ask for Howie…read more I went down the list and called every Kia dealer looking for a Carnival EX in black, grey or blue. Every dealer I spoke with said they would call me right back (and didn't), told me they had to run my credit over the phone to give me price on the car (even though we weren't financing it), didn't have a car in stock, or just wouldn't give me a price without coming in to the showroom (even when I explained I was very pregnant and on bedrest). Global Automall and Kia Bridgewater were adding an automatic $5k mark up. Eventually I got to Motion Kia and Howie. I asked for the out the door pricing and what colors they had coming in, etc. Howie said he called right back with an out the door price... and actually did. There was no BS just honest answers. I gave a deposit over the phone and when we went in to pick up the car everything was set and ready to go. I couldn't believe how quickly we were in and out. Howie also took the time to set up the Kia app and he sat with us in the new vehicle and showed us all the features the car had to offer. He was even able to mail us the plates as the dealership was about an hour from where we live. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish, my husband and I were extremely pleased with the customer service and fair pricing the dealership offered.

Don't bring your car here…read more We had our Nissan Rogue in for major front-end work starting on Friday morning. The repair itself was large, and we understood that -- but the communication throughout the 6-day process was extremely poor. We received very few updates unless we reached out, and when we asked about a loaner we were only offered a paid rental (first at $30/day, then "discounted" to $20/day). For almost a week without a car, no complimentary accommodations were offered. At one point I was told the repair couldn't be completed because our service advisor was out for a day and she was the only person who could finish the paperwork. The repair itself seems fine now that we finally have the car back, but the customer service and communication were way below expectations, especially for a multi-day, nearly $4,000 repair. Hopefully management improves the process for future customers.

This rogue has a governor on the accelerator, so you can't go too fast really quickly. I do not speed around or beat up my car. I drive for amazon. After 20,000 miles, my factory tires are not even 14 months old after purchase. I need new tires already. I spoke to my sales rep, the service rep, and the service manager. They told me there was no warranty on the factory tires and told me to call consumer affairs for nissan. I shouldn't have to do this on a brand new car. The bottom line is if you're going to buy a car here, I guess you should be expecting them to take advantage of you, because that's how I feel about my experience. Needless to say, I won't be buying another vehicle here after feeling like this. It's ridiculous to need new tires and spending 1,000 dollars on tires after 1 year on a brand new car and only 20,000 miles. Nissan was aware of this situation being a problem and them giving you poor tires on new factory tires. Unfortunately, they pretty much told me that was my problem. I had a great experience with my sales re the woman that sold me the car "Rhee". When I purchased the vehicle, everything was smooth and enjoyable and also a fast experience. So that made me comfortable with Nissan and was hoping to build a relationship here for future purchases. Unfortunately, this tire experience has changed my thoughts. If they are willing to practice poor standards on tires service knowing this, then what else would they be willing to not stand behind?
