Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. Although I appreciate Gold Star for helping replace my 2 FOB's, in reviewing the overall experience I'd rate them from a 3 to 3 1/2. Here are my reasons: PRO's * They were about $400 less then the dealership, which was huge plus. * They cleared all the previous FOB's from the computer and the new one's seem to work well. CON's * Slow Delivery - After paying a $250+ desposit for the FOB's they stated 5-7 business days for the order to come in. In reality it was closer to about 16 business days. * Poor communication - We called and texted multiple times to ask when the new FOB/keys would come in with a very slow response. Additionally when it came time to bring the car in for service, we tried numerous times to coordinate a time which took about 2 days. * Craftsmanship - Neither of the 2 keys that were cut by them worked on the door lock's. Since we live 20+ miles away a second trip to cut the keys again, is a significant hassle. Fortunately for us we were able to use the older keys from the original FOB's. Since all's well that end's well, I bump them up to a 3.5 rating.

He arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule and spoke with the police on location for about 15 minutes. Our tenants had caused a flea infestation at our house and he stated " I do not think you could pay me enough to replace the lock", which is totally understandable. We said that is okay, in which he tried to charge us $100. My wife refused to pay the $100 but offered the $60 for the service call. After leaving he sent her a text saying he would not be doing business with us again. Which is odd because why would want to accept his business if he misrepresents his charges.
