We broke a key in a lock I could not get it out. I didn't want to replace the truck door lock for several reasons. Pick Key was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and spoke with James. He is extremely responsive and accommodating to our schedule. I told him over the phone how doubtful I was about him being able to remove the key fragment.
