When we locked our key inside the trunk of our rental car in a remote part of town while on a camping trip, we panicked. A tow was going to cost us $800. We called Night Owl Lock Service and they patiently explained to us over the phone how to remove the car handle from the inside, and use a flat head screwdriver to turn the lock, a detailed procedure that Night Owl knew like the back of their hand! After leaving messages and calling over and over, I finally contacted the owner around 9pm. I then explained my situation and he said he told one of his employees will contact me that he wasn't available( the owner isn't available). So I ask how long do you think I will have to wait. My daughter's keys were stolen at the bottom of Candy Rock Road near Avery. This road is a very sketchy one lane dirt road that ends at a parking lot. He keeps asking us if we have anyone who can bring us a key to our car because it's "hard to do it in the dark" (it's a TWENTY FOUR HOUR SERVICE) and AUDIBLY rolling his eyes at us over the phone. We're less than 20 minutes away and this moron keeps essentially calling my friend stupid because we don't have anyone who can bring us a key. No. That's why we're calling you. He even suggested we have someone at the house (hours away) can give it to a TAXI DRIVER TO DRIVE IT TO US! Uhh, no. I'm not giving my keys to a random cab driver to just trust he'll bring it to me.
