We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

I asked to see the manager to discuss this further and upon the manager arriving I got the exact same response. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

You don't want to deal with the salesman without knowing your stuff…read more Arrived at 4:30pm looking to buy a screen for my wood stove. I did not know the screens were made specifically for each make and model, but the salesman sure tuned me in. His advice was sound, but only after he made me feel like I was - a) inconveniencing him and - b) a mental midget. Thanks, but I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service is not what this store is about.

Hello all, purchased a Hearthstone stove from the fireplace centre and patio shop, the firsrt year…read morewas great, now in the second season, a little more than a month into it, our wood stove is not functional. We had to hound the fireplace centre for almost 2 weeks before they sent someone out to look at it. At the time we were told that all the gaskets were shot and needed replacing. Odd since the stove wasn't even 2 years old. Well again another week and a half went by and constantly trying to get someone out here. First they told me it could take over a month to get a gasket kit, I had to keep complaining and email the manufacturer before I finally got some action. Well now it is the coldest day of the year and my wood stove still is not radiating sufficient heat to use it, have to use my propane furnace. A month long and still cannot use a product we spent almost 7 thousand dollars for. I won't even mention that the hearth pad is falling apart as well!!! I have nothing but distain for this company and the stove manufacturer, my advice run like the wind from this place. Unfortunately I had to select one star, it wouldn't post without selecting one, my gift to this place

I refuse to go to…read moreValue Village across the street as they are a for-profit organization and their prices are outrageous for a thrift store. However having said that, I have to say there are a few problems with this one. There is no handicap parking near it; nor are people in wheelchairs, walkers or moms with toddlers in strollers able to maneuver through the entrance without difficulty or hurting themselves, or damaging their valuable mobility devices. It is anything but handicap friendly. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful but the store is set up that even with a walker I cannot walk around the store without obstacles at every turn. Aisles that are not wide enough or merchandise on the floor preventing anyone from steering around them without ending up falling. I have also noticed in the last year that the prices are skyrocketing to near Value Village prices!!! How does this help the poor and disabled who are trying to make ends meet? The auctions are fun, but lately I've noticed that there are some serious outside or inside bidders that will overbid so high that it is impossible for the average person to bid on things. As well, you cannot even look at these items for auction until 2 days before. I suspect a lot of these things are either going to staff themselves or to a "consignment shop" and the owners are inflating the price further and pocketing the cash. They have tried numerous designs to the stores layout but none seem to work and the same problems occur over and over. It's really too bad because as I said, the staff are awesome and hard working. But whoever manages this thrift store should really move on into retail as their pricing is way too high for this type of establishment.

However, when I come in, I usually go straight for their knick knack selection because they often have unique items. If you're still clinging to the medium like I am, they also have a large collection of VHS. I managed to find a copy of Deliverance (yesss!) here last time I went and I've picked up a couple other titles in the past. If you're in a thrift store mood, there's also a Value Village across the street.
