Some of the staff are very helpful and attentive. One gentleman hosted a 10 minute sale in the store and he was the most helpful out of all the employees I spoke to the day we went shopping here. The price of shoes is more than reasonable and so far the quality is good. The only two issues I had were: 1. The bathroom (women's) doesn't have a changing table for little ones. We ended up going next door to Target. 2. Some of the staff were not as attentive as they could have been. During our visit, there were at least 10-20 people in the store and two of the employees at the checkout stands were just chitchatting as a woman was standing in front of them waiting for them to finish their conversation before trying to ask for help. If you've worked in retail then you know how to pause a convo, help customers first, then continue that conversation when able. This isn't a major issue but during a rush, it's more noticeable. This store does carry some shoes in wide sizes. Most may need to be ordered though. Other than those things, this store is helpful. He was so detailed in everything. He didn't mention price one time. I was looking at the prices and he never tried to get me in the most expensive one.
