Not much of a variety of stores, however a store named Off The Wall was nice. Belts, funky socks, t-shirts, swords and plenty more. The sales guy (forgot his name) slim guy very outgoing and social.

Entrance by Dick's Sporting Goods. Beautiful mall!

Really basic shopping mall in Springfield, IL. Not a big space but still plenty of empty stores. Really makes you want to shop online!

I keep getting spam emails from Ulta Beauty even though I don't care for their products, the only thing I bought was a tiny tube of skin cream (which was $13 by the way). The arcade does not work at all, you can't get tokens or play most of the machines, and some of the claw machines they have in there are notoriously rigged. I was looking forward to getting an acupuncture treatment but I go in and see there's no needles, only hands being used, so I skipped out on that one. Some of the men's urban fashion stores looked interesting but I wandered in a store and saw the price tags on the jeans and recoiled, it's supposed to look like hoodrat clothing why does it cost $200+????? However, there was no one manning the front desk or looking over the store, so I was able to leave inconspicuously. I wish I could have gone to Von Maur, because I like some old lady clothes, but it was closed for Christmas Eve, which is understandable.

Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!

The shopping complex had been recommended to me by many people who are from the area. It's a nice shopping complex with an outdoor mall format. It's a bit cold right now to enjoy the fresh air between stores but I imagine it's really nice in the warmer months. They have a lot of the major chains I frequent like DSW, Old Navy, NY&Co and the Loft. There are public restrooms and places for coffee and food as well. This is a newer mall that offers more upscale shops than other malls in the area. It is the perfect place to be on a beautiful day, though it can be miserable in the winter. It has beautiful landscaping with trees that bloom in the spring. When the wind blows, pretty little petals shower the walkways! Love it! Some of the shops I frequent include Bergners, Charlotte Russe, Charming Charlie's, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Banana Republic. There are several options for places to eat including steakhouses, stir fry, coffee shops, and ice cream! There are several specialty shops as well. Check the store directory online before visiting. Since this mall is so new, things are always changing to find the perfect fit for the local consumers.
