(I didn't ask for this) Although I had a Kohl's charge card, apparently it was expired. So the associate pushed through a new application to see if I could get an additional discount (which didn't make any sense, since I was mostly getting a gift card.) Today I received a letter from Kohl's credit division telling me I was denied the card because of "Excessive obligations in relation to income." Here is the rub, credit score is 881 with no obligations whatsoever. End of story - I will NEVER GO to KOHL'S AGAIN!

Apparently I am now a "member" of something also. There is no unsubscribe button. I had to report it as junk mail and create an email rule to get it to stop.

As I said in the conversation, I didn't expect anything to come out of my previous post so I'm not going to complain about the things sent to us in return for me to change my review. I will increase it to two stars because he took time out of his schedule to personally call me. Other than that, I hope Amanda at least got a warning for speaking to customers so disrespectfully and treating my family terribly. A "manager of the year" should know how to treat customers right. And while my and my husband's experience may be few and far between, I still don't consider her behavior acceptable whatsoever. ------------------------------------------- I never write reviews, but felt my experience with this company needed one. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. By far the worst costumer service, professionalism and overall experience throughout my wedding planning. I initially found out about Savvi through a bridal expo and received a discount through them. My mom and I went to the store to check them out (due to my future husband being deployed). They were extremely pushy and wouldn't let us leave the store without committing to them. Then came the problems. All of our groomsmen were from out of town, so they had to call in then measurements. My father and nephew got measured in the store. In the days preceding the wedding, both picked up their suits and nothing fit. The manager of the store, Amanda, even offended my dad by saying he had gained weight. I'm sorry, but he had gotten measured weeks before and this was inches off. My future father-in-law was measured by his wife and when nothing fit she called her a liar. That's just the tip of the iceberg though. I was in panic mode wondering if anything would fit since their track record with 3 people hadn't been good. They did order extra pieces (their one positive) and promised they'd be in the day before the wedding. Of course, they weren't. There was a "problem with UPS". Amanda was terribly rude and when I was extremely upset because their store made a mistake and panicking about the suits arriving on time she wouldn't admit blame. They were hand delivered on the day of the wedding and thank goodness everything fit or else I would've had a major meltdown. This company caused me an unneeded amount of stress the day and days leading up to my wedding. I would have gladly gone with Men's Wearhouse and paid a little more to have peace of mind. I know this is a long review, but please do not order your suits from these people. I cannot explain just how offensive, rude and unhelpful they were to me, my now husband and my family members.
