    So we got a response. However, like history services are unattainable. We dial the number. There's no answer, and there's no voicemail to leave a message. It has been well over a month and we finally got word that the work was completed, mind you after spending a few hours in there on Saturday and still not getting all the documentation they needed from us. They called us today to pick up the vehicle, and it was ready to go. Not so we went in and had to sit yet another hour, and this is after Jonathan, the service manager, called to advise us that the pickup was ready twice. We go to pick it up, and aside from having to wait an additional 2 hours hour and a half, it's filthy they had no decency to even clean it up. They get no stars at this point, and I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the DMV. We have to give a star to post this review otherwise they would get absolutely nothing.

    Shout out to Aaron (Sales Manager) and Ritchie (Salesman) stand up guys who stand by their word. Aaron went above and beyond to make things right when he heard about an unfortunate event that occurred at the Chevrolet dealer. Ritchie. Was attentive and helpful. I recommend working with these guys if possible. 2017 Ford Focus SE sold!

So they hd again called another person ahead of me for another express account, so at this point I was on my way out and asked the young lady " so today is a bad day to open an account then right " she tried to console me. Long story short I had to call NFCU so that they could call into this branch and have them ready to open me an account when I arrived. Nice work Moreno Valley, I would suggest that you have a corrective action meeting and express to the staff the difference between personal and business behavior.

We were also informed in state of California when you sell a car they are supposed to have at least 50% of brake pads, and they told us there is no way in the few months we had the car and the mileage that we used up that much in the few months that we owned the car. The brakes have been leaking for awhile before we bought the vehicle.$3000 to fix as we need pad, rotors and calipers. We will be taking him to small claims. Also we never got our tags we had to go to DMV ourselves to get the tags

    If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would. I had been in contact with them for…read moreweeks about a Golf R they had incoming. Both the manager and the sales rep assured me verbally and via text that there would be no add‑ons or markups, yet they refused to provide any pricing in writing. I even asked if I was first in line for the car and was told, "Yes, you'll be the first person we call when it arrives." When the car finally came in, I got a call right away. I told them I just needed to finish lunch, head home, and grab the car I planned to trade in. A few minutes later, the rep texted me urging me to hurry because "others were interested." I called back to confirm the car was still being held for me since I had a long drive. He assured me it was. When I arrived, I was immediately told another family was also there for the same car. It was incredibly awkward. The car pulled up, and the rep told me they would be test‑driving it first because they arrived before me. I didn't love it, but I figured it didn't matter since the car was supposed to be mine. Then things got worse. We sat down in an office right next to the other family, and I could clearly hear them going over numbers. I asked why they were discussing pricing if the car was supposed to be held for me. The rep said management decided they would sell the car to whoever gave them the better deal. That was the first bombshell. The second came when the manager joined us. Suddenly, all the "no add‑ons" promises disappeared. They piled on add‑ons left and right--including GAP insurance--even though I was putting $29k down from my trade‑in equity. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I've ever had. The emotional frustration they put me and my family through was completely unacceptable. They may not lose any sleep over it, but I sincerely hope karma catches up with anyone who treats customers this way. Do yourself a favor: don't waste your time at this dealership. You can find better. I wanted to add, they all entered the next room as I was leaving with my family and started laughing.
