The drill worked well for my application - drilling anchor holes in 100-year-old concrete - and it was obviously much better quality than your standard Harbor tools junk! Today is Christmas, my 84 year old step-father has been without hot water and heater for two weeks…read morebecause he is out of propane. When we called the woman who answers was quite rude, she said that because he was only spending 300.00 which is how much he requested, he wasn't a priority and it would be 10-14 days before the driver would be available. I asked if that could move up since he's elderly and the cold wasn't good for him. She said she would tell the driver if he happens go by our house mabey he would do ours sooner, well it's now been 17 days since we first called and still no propane. We lease the tank from Amarant and have been faithful paying customers for over twenty years and to be treated as if he wasn't a priority because of the amount of money he can spend, is not how an elderly person should be treated. My step dad has now gotten a chest cold, and has hand bathed for over two weeks, I last called on the 15th which the woman that answers said she already told us how long it takes and the driver already knows. This is how we were treated in Feb. this year. We are having a freezing cold Christmas and I'm sure new year, thanks Amarant for stepping up and doing nothing to help, enjoy your holiday, we will make the best of it until Amarant shows up.

They told me to bring them back and they would do a free replacement. Once I came back they declined to replace my screen and now I have a useless phone even offered to pay for another screen and they said they declined the work even before screen was replaced.
