This review is for the company. I'm honestly so…read moredisappointed as a customer. We needed more flooring to finish a project, which was discontinued and only 2 locations had them. My project is in SI NY; only the Florida and North Carolina stores had the discontinued floor. I received different answers between the 3 locations. Ultimately, I HAD to purchase in order to finish my project although what 2 reps from 2 different locations told me. I had to pay over $300 for shipping!!!!! If these items are discontinued, why aren't they on sale? Why isn't shipping cheaper? Why can't I do a store to store transfer? Why isn't the information the same across the stores? Floors that would have cost me $300 came out to almost $700!

Recently I bought wood looking tile for a small room costing over $1,000. In the picture it looked beautiful. The boxes were dusty so I didn't think much. Once the floor was put down and washed it numerous times it still looks dusty. So I called the brooklyn location where I got it and spoke with a woman there to see why the tile always looks dusty (I mean immediately after it dries) she said she would call me back in 5 minutes. That was months ago!! Never heard back from her. It doesnt matter which location because this is a reflection on the company as a whole. Floor looks beautiful when its wet. Once it dried it looks old and dirty/dusty. Do not buy this product. I will say on a positive note, that when your purchasing you do get top notch service. I guess after you made your purchase, they really dont care at all.

As always with ikea it's hard to tag someone if you need help so get ready to do your own research. On the positive side it's great to be able to shop without annoying pushy salespeople. Keep in mind they open somewhat late at 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends so don't go too early. I recommend going between 11am and 2pm on weekdays since it's somewhat empty at that time. There's a huge parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue. While some of staff members are friendly, some of them look miserable and put zero effort to assist. For example, the lady handling returns and one of the guys from the food court. They should work for the DMV!

The place is like a maze to navigate through as it can be hard to figure out where you're going at all times and of course it doesn't help either when you're struggling trying to figure out where to go. The restaurant inside is easy to find and overall has the same decent quality of food that every Ikea has. As well as the last cafe near the exit that has good cinnamon rolls and other stuff. The value of the furniture and everything though could be better. Most furniture at Ikea isn't the best quality as it can be damaged easily or it doesn't hold up as well it should. The one fun thing about this Ikea is going to the restaurant and seeing the nearby airport and watching the planes take off and land.

Artistic Stone - New countertop and sink

Ok bottom line - call them. Period end of discussion. Even if you are in NYC like we are!…read more Roger and his team are the only people I will recommend without reservation from our renovation. There work was careful, extraordinary, fast and beyond reasonably priced. They not only made us a great counter and backsplash they installed it with ease. The difficulty of our space is there isn't a flat or straight wall in our 1929 apartment. These guys cut a piece of stone perfectly for us. From initial conversation to measurements to two installs within one week (first counter then the backsplash) these guys were easy to deal with. Roger is great, his office staff quick to respond and clearly one of the best decisions of this whole process to use him! Good? Call him - NOW!

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Artistic Stone and, based on that experience, cannot…read morerecommend them. We hired Artistic Stone to replace our kitchen countertops and fireplace hearth with quartz and chose to extend the quartz up the kitchen walls for a seamless backsplash. To prepare, we removed our existing white subway tile. Although our installation was already delayed due to an "installer emergency," the situation worsened on installation day. Three of the four pieces arrived cut incorrectly, leaving large, noticeable gaps around the fireplace and along the kitchen walls. The installers attempted to persuade us to accept the pieces as they were, which was unacceptable given the cost of the project. After they contacted their team, they attributed the mistakes to their templating software and accepted no responsibility. That same day--for the very first time--we were informed that our cabinet trim would have to be removed for the quartz backsplash to be installed, as they were unwilling to cut around it. This had not been mentioned at any point during six weeks of communication or even during the in‑home templating appointment just a week and a half earlier. Because removing the trim risked damaging our cabinets (which were glued and screwed together), we had no choice but to abandon the quartz backsplash plan entirely and reinstall subway tile--bringing us back to our original setup at roughly twice the cost, which we had to arrange ourselves. When we attempted to speak to the owner about these issues, we were told he was "off the grid." When he eventually called from a blocked number, he did not provide his name. When we requested compensation for the incorrect cuts, delays, and added expenses, we were told they were already "eating the cost" of recutting the pieces--even though the mistakes were theirs alone. After several days of back‑and‑forth, the only concession offered was a minimal discount of a few hundred dollars, despite our paying nearly $13,000. We were initially told the process from templating to installation would take 4-6 business days. Instead, it extended beyond two weeks, and we were forced to move into our new home with no backsplash, no sink, and no functioning cooktop. In our opinion, Artistic Stone was disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. Communication was poor, the mistakes were substantial, and the resolution offered was inadequate. We do not take leaving a negative review lightly, but given the significant investment of time, money, and stress involved, we feel it is necessary to share our experience.

They were the company that Costco recommends in my area, so I knew that they had already been properly vetted. From my very first conversation with Milano they were generous with their time, answered all my questions, sent me images of quartz designs that I may like, etc. And they eventually sent me a quote without my even having to go to their showroom. I called back often changing my mind on the quartz style and they were always very patient and helpful. We eventually went to their showroom and chose a stunning new quartz product called GeoLuxe. In order to get an idea of pricing, I called a few other distributors/fabricators who sell this same item and they all came in at more than double the price of Milano. I kid you not. When Rocco came to my apt to measure, he offered smart and practical suggestions as to how to get around problem areas near my window, as well as the different thicknesses of the kitchen cabinets and panels. He was a real pro. Milano cut the stone, delivered it to us and did a brilliant job on the installation... all within 2 weeks of our giving the deposit. It was all so seamless. I wish every vendor I dealt with for my apt renovation were as competent, professional and meticulous as Milano.
