Keep in mind they open somewhat late at 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends so don't go too early. I recommend going between 11am and 2pm on weekdays since it's somewhat empty at that time. There's a huge parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue. While some of staff members are friendly, some of them look miserable and put zero effort to assist. For example, the lady handling returns and one of the guys from the food court. They should work for the DMV!

Once the floor was put down and washed it numerous times it still looks dusty. So I called the brooklyn location where I got it and spoke with a woman there to see why the tile always looks dusty (I mean immediately after it dries) she said she would call me back in 5 minutes. That was months ago!! Never heard back from her. It doesnt matter which location because this is a reflection on the company as a whole. Floor looks beautiful when its wet. Once it dried it looks old and dirty/dusty. Do not buy this product. I will say on a positive note, that when your purchasing you do get top notch service. I guess after you made your purchase, they really dont care at all.
