We were greeted by an older gentleman (I didn't catch his name) but gave us some pointers on how to preserve our paint. Giovanni was another employee that worked with us. Again, I've been at Sherwin-Williams quite a few times in the past month and not all the employees are as knowledgeable as Giovanni. This was the first time we had the pleasure to work with him and we look forward to working with him again.

The beauty of shopping at a painting specialty store is that there are so many more accoutrements…read morefor getting your job done right than you might've imagined. (Of course, if you're a professional painter, you'd already know this, so please disregard.) From high-quality primers and top-rated Benjamin Moore paints, to tools for protecting, reaching, mixing and window glazing, Ricciardi Brothers carries just about everything under the sun. The store's smallish size also means that it's a lot easier to gather everything you need for your painting project a lot faster than if you were to visit one of those faceless, big-box tool emporiums where chasing down expert help is practically a sport. Here, the experts are always a stone's throw away and happy to help (if they're not already inundated helping others). As with most places, a pleasant demeanor and a kind word goes a long way. Oh, and they accept smartphone-enable payments, which personally saved me a trip back home for my wallet on my most recent visit. Really awesome!

I visited their location in Woodbridge once, and did all other contacts via phone or email. I now realize that they are so flexible that I could've done all interactions remotely without visiting their facility if I needed it, Danny Rivera and the entire team really worked with me and accommodated my requests. Thank you guys! That first contact in their facility was not very professional, the office was disorganized and it felt like a reunion of good old boys, whose humor doesn't really resonate with everyone, rather than a professional place for business. But all of that was erased and the some, by the flexibility, professional follow-through, attention to details, timely drop off and pick up of materials, respect for my property from the delivery guys, and perks that they threw in the deal along the way. I have nothing against Home Depot, but in this case, I'm really glad I went with Abbe which turned out to be more flexible, more accommodating, at a very comparable price.

How they're both real human beings! And it's funny because people today are so pretentious. Especially, the majority of the actors and actresses of today. They're all so cold and out of touch with reality. They have zero moral fabric and it's disgusting! And unfortunately, they're a sad reflection of our society.
