I have great trust in her diagnosis, recommendations, etc. The front desk person is very friendly and always a positive attitude/approachable. However, trying to communicate through their app is a pain in the neck...weeks-long issue with prescription refills...very dissatisfied. Call today...waited 15 minutes on phone before being disconnected. Call back again..finally speak with someone that has reached out to my provider just as they have done through the app. Great...wait...wait...wait and hope it gets fixed. Very frustrating. Trying to take charge of my health but jumping through hoops to fix their problem to help me. I've tried leaving a message for the doctor and the person on the phone refused. Tried through social media...crickets. Tried again through the app...crickets. Seems like they've gotten too big. Any recommendations for a new doc in the area?

She listens, takes notes and provides great medical care in a time when many doctors brush you off within 10 minutes! Dr. Fulgenzi also refers you to a specialist when needed. The office staff is also wonderful. They are pleasant, extremely competent and efficient and always work to get me an appointment in a timely manner. I highly recommend her!

The first visit we went too we waited in a the waiting room for over 2 hours. No mind you I was with a 2 year old. The receptionist was dry and super sarcastic at that visit. I left not wanting to go back. I call today to try to schedule a visit for my sick child and before I could even finish the receptionist interrupted me and was nasty as ever saying the dr couldn't see her. First off it the answer was no that's fine with me but let me finish what I'm saying before you act like a total b****. Then after I finish speaking tell me no and give me other options. But no this lady did not do this and then breached HIPPA by calling my sister and telling her that she couldn't bring extra children to the appointment. Like chill lady I wasn't planning on ever coming back because of her. But to go and breach HIPPA WHEN I DIDNT GIVE MY SISTER INFO. Then their hours say 5:30 but they conveniently had their phones off at 4:30. absolutely the worst place to go. It is fairly easy to get an appointment and the wait is usually about 30 mins. He keeps good records so that he really gets to know you on a personal level. Like he remembers your kids. I never feel rushed. His being through led to a diagnosis that could have been overlook. I only have one negative and that is that his hospital is Sinai and I don't care for it. For inpatient I use the doc at the hospital but he is kept in the loop.

He is also a professor and often has med students in shadowing/assisting as appropriate. I found it to be especially refreshing, and it was nice to hear him "teaching" the students, as it kind of reconfirmed I heard/understood correctly. His staff is very professional, yet still very warm and friendly. Records are kept via computer with a network throughout the office - I have often thought this is how all offices should be, but this one actually is! They were also very considerate of my time - which I really appreciated. I have been thinking about switching my primary care physician for a while and I am so glad I found such a great fit. I would definitely recommend Dr David Weismann if you are looking for a good internist/primary care physician.
