My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Dahger for my rheumatoid issues. My mom and I make my appointment to see this so called "professional" doctor. A day before my appointment which is at 2:00 pm the receptionist calls and leaves a voicemail saying I need to confirm my appointment otherwise it will be cancelled so I call back and confirm and she's has this attitude and tone of voice that I didn't appreciate. So I tel my mom I'm not sure about going there if the front of office staff is going to be rude then the doctor most will most likely be rude. But we get ready today anyway and go in a little early because I have to work at 5pm. We get there and everything is fine until they notice my doctor didn't send my referral over so we try to fix all that but meanwhile this lady is huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes about everything. We gave her my license and insurance card and I step to the side with my mom and tell her that I'm not comfortable being here because she is being rude and I don't even want to see how the rest of the staff will be. While we are talking this lady is yelling down the hall "Excuse me, hello, you need to come back over here" and I'm like we'll be over there in a second and she sighs again. So my mom and I decide to tell her that we'd like to leave and go elsewhere to see a different doctor. She says "well we are still going to charge you $30 for cancelling your appointment last minute" my mom says "well we didn't cancel last minute really, we showed up and your being rude for whatever reason and we aren't interested in seeing the doctor here" so we grab our stuff and proceed to walk out of the building as this lady is screaming "you can't do that, you have to pay". So we leave and about 15 minutes later the doctor calls and insists that he needs the name of my primary care physician. My mom is talking to him and says there's no reason for him to need my doctors name as he is yelling yes I do, I need her name now. So my mom try's to explain why we left and says "have you ever heard the saying your staff can make or brake your business? I'm saying this because your receptionist was very rude" and he cuts her off and starts yelling saying "MY STAFF ISNT RUDE YOU FUCKING RACIST BITCH" he repeatedly calls my mother this and then hangs up. Now mind you, if you have ever met me or my mother you'd know that we are the furthest thing from racists and on top of that there were no remarks made or attitude made from our side to even trigger that response. Needless to say the ignorance of this man and his office is mind blowing. I am disgusted with the way they talked to my mother and offended. What kind of a doctor talks to patients like this. Anyway just sharing this for anyone who might get referred to this man and his office as a heads up they are not the type of people you want to see. EVERYONE BEWARE!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE THIS MANS LICENSE A.S.A.P. Look him up and find all the other negative reviews and how he treats his patience OMG read more
