Two office visits was enough for me, I listened to the way they spoke to patients (mostly seniors) was unacceptable, then it was my turn and I told myself last time, even though a procedure was scheduled at hospital with Dr. Puccio. I went back to original doctor 35 miles away but worth it. The staff there treats you with respect your due and listen without constantly interrupting, diagnosing you and arguing with you. Never again will I be treated so badly when I went there for a medical issue and very concerned. No way should his staff be so rude without any compassion.
