Great for allergic reactions, awful for X-rays! Went in on Saturday for an X-ray and I was told that I would have an answer by Saturday evening or sometime Sunday because they had to send it off. I called on Sunday for the results and I was told that the place they send X-rays to was closed on Sundays, that they would know something by Monday. On Monday when I called they said they hadn't sent it over to the place to have it read, but would and they would know something by the end of the day. I called back at the end of the day and they still didn't have the results. They did give me the number to the place they send the X-rays to so I called them and left a message. The man quickly called me back and said he didn't have my X-rays, but he did list off all the last names of the ones sent over by Xpress and other urgent cares who use their services. He asked me if I could take a photo of my X-rays and text them to him while we were on the phone and he'd read them. Since I don't have access to those X-rays I was unable to! Due to the run around by this place I had no choice but to go to another urgent care, Beaumont Urgent Care, for X-rays!! Beaumont was able to do my x-rays, give me the results and have me out of there within forty minutes!! read more

I don't understand why they have appointments online when you still have to come in and wait a whole hour to be seen. My appointment was at 5pm and 2 people who were walk ins and signed in after me and both of them seen before I was, EVEN WITH MY APPOINTMENT! I asked the woman if they can come swab me in my car since I have a 1 year old and don't want to expose him to sick people and was told no they don't do that. So I get here and I'm waiting to be seen right and they offered a woman to sit in her car with her kids and they'll come swab her out there since she had kids Soooo why couldn't I do the same..? i was told to come here for fast service.. that was a lie. Hour and a half later I was seen.. Never again. I'd rather sit in an ER then to be completely over looked. read more

Dr Katrib is the man. He's so caring and such a great doctor. He listens to all your complaints. It's hard to find a doctor that actually listens to you. I'd recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs good care. read more

The girl at the front desk rude and disrespectful. They had a positive covid case leave and they didn't sanitize the room before allowing a PATIENT AND HER HUSBAND in the room... no wonder its spreading. read more

I have been to this urgent care a couple of times. The doctors and staff were all friendly and very informative, courteous and helpful. Not to mention, the office is very clean which is a huge plus to me being that I am a germaphobe. For anyone considering to come here...I highly recommend it. This place is a joke, got told they didn't take my insurance even though the person before me had the same thing as me as the place is so small it's hard not to hear everything, even back in the patient room section which is horrible design in itself. They charged me $95 for an office visit then yelled at me saying I was lying about my work policy, they need a certain days minimum written off to excuse me at all, and that they know someone who works for the company I do etc, even though I had proof of official policy.
