Wouldn't let me give zero stars but I wanted to!!! My mom went in Friday due to a hurt foot. They took x-rays and confirmed it was broke "badly" told her to follow up with a specialist and prescribed her Motrin 1000. Then NEVER SENT IN THE RX! Super fast and friendly! I had to get a pre employment drug test and the process was great. When I arrived, three people were ahead of me. Luckily, I only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before getting called on. All the staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Good experience! read more

I'm big on energy and I pick up on it pretty fast and well. 2 ladies at the front desk there were being rude- trying to rush me through what I'm trying to say, cutting me off and are apparent know it alls in the most cocky way ever. I would avoid this business if your are trying to actively seek "URGENT" care as this place is supposed to be urgent. I waited 3 hours to see a doctor and be placed within a room. I came there at 3:00 and was there until 6:00. when I mentioned that this wait time was ridiculous and i had to be somewhere they proceeded to make me wait. Well the other customers who were here AFTER me with seemingly less pain than I was in were seen first. Absolute worst wait time i've ever experienced. Not only was the wait horrid but once I got to see someone, they saw me for a MAX of 2 minutes before they sent me back out. 2 minutes for a 3 hour wait time??? unnecessarily rude and overall a waste of time. I just got hired for a new job. Needed TB test and other testing prior to start date. I was impressed with helpfulness of all staff members. Jessica took her time explaining/educating from start to finish. She was very thorough prior to discharge about all paperwork I needed/upload to employer. TB procedure test was tolerable. I felt all staff were also helpful and kind. Clinic is very clean. Bathrooms are clean. Only had to wait 5 minutes prior to being seen (as a walk-in on a busy day). Staff sent all paperwork required in timely manner... I can now start my new job a week early!!! I highly recommend!!! read more

Took my son to this Urgent care and was seen by Dr. kenneth wilhelm. The doctor was very rude when I asked him questions. This place didn't seem to have a care in the world for their patients. Only allowed to have same day doctor's note. Had to make another appointment at my son's pediatrician for the next day for him to have a note for school. Total bull crap. You shouldn't have to take your sick child to the doctors 2 days in a row for a note so they can get better. Not to mention their bathroom had no toilet paper and the chairs in the waiting room were so dirty you didn't want to sit. Shame on the doctor who wouldn't give my son a day to rest. Visited the clinic yesterday 1-2-20 for an ongoing sinus infection, noting too serious. Filled out paperwork and wanted 30 minutes for a room. I was taken back by a male EMT, not a nurse, who took my vitals, temperature, etc. Once was complete he informed me the clinic only was one doctor on staff after 3pm, probably could've mentioned this at the front desk, no big deal. I waited in that room for 2 hours. After dozing off for a bit, because I felt like crap, I went to the front desk to ask about the wait. Get this. They had no idea I was in the room. The useless EMT didn't tell anyone. I couldn't believe how incompetent and careless these "medical professionals" were. Don't waste your time going here. I'd rather deal with the VA then go back to this clinic. read more

Over 2 hours of wait in the room for a 7 minute in- room Doctor visit, seriously? Been here a couple times and it is always the same. 1 dr. On staff after 3pm? Isn't that when schools let out and parents get home and can do these things? So you staff terribly in what is apparently a busy part of the day? Seems crazy to me! Do not go here. I went here when I had a sore throat and fever, the incompetent girls at the front desk lost my paperwork with someone else's-with ALL of my information (ss, employer info, address, birthday) they only found it after I told them that was a major HIPPA violation and I would contact my lawyer if it wasn't found before I left. Because they lost my paperwork in someone else's chart I waited over an hour to be seen for the doctor to spend 5 minutes with me. Told me what was wrong and left, didn't say how long I should expect to be sick, or to come back if symptoms didn't clear up within so many days. The room wasn't even cleaned before I brought into it. There was a black hair on the examination table, the cleaning wipes hadn't been used in so long there was condensation on the lid. Overall complete waste of my time and co-pay. Next time I'll make an emergency appointment with me pcp. read more
