Great for allergic reactions, awful for X-rays! Went in on Saturday for an X-ray and I was told…read morethat I would have an answer by Saturday evening or sometime Sunday because they had to send it off. I called on Sunday for the results and I was told that the place they send X-rays to was closed on Sundays, that they would know something by Monday. On Monday when I called they said they hadn't sent it over to the place to have it read, but would and they would know something by the end of the day. I called back at the end of the day and they still didn't have the results. They did give me the number to the place they send the X-rays to so I called them and left a message. The man quickly called me back and said he didn't have my X-rays, but he did list off all the last names of the ones sent over by Xpress and other urgent cares who use their services. He asked me if I could take a photo of my X-rays and text them to him while we were on the phone and he'd read them. Since I don't have access to those X-rays I was unable to! Due to the run around by this place I had no choice but to go to another urgent care, Beaumont Urgent Care, for X-rays!! Beaumont was able to do my x-rays, give me the results and have me out of there within forty minutes!!

They scheduled me for 130 appointment and I was three minutes late and the doctor had already left because he had surgery! If my appointment was going to interfere with his surgery, then why schedule it so tight or if the surgery came up and was an emergency why not call me! His time is not more valuable than mine!!! I left work a half hour early just to get there. I have no control over traffic or other silly things that tripped me up, especially when it was only three minutes. It was only for results so if the results are bad, I guess he can call me. They scheduled the appointment if it was going to be a conflict they could've called me.! if you couldn't wait till 130 what was he gonna do if I got there on time? Talk to me for two seconds and then rush me out! Rude just Rude!

I was a patient of Dr. Garg for over 20 years. I have never been a problem, always treated the staff with respect\n There was a few things I would have done differently, but nothing major. About a month and a half ago I went in for an emergency appointment , and i've only done that two times in twenty years , I thought I was having a nervous breakdown come to find out I wasn't having a nervous breakdown.I was crying all over the place. You figure the doctor would think something is wrong. She's never acted this way , but he did not. I found out that\n I had pneumonia and septus, which made me delirious. That was the cause of me acting the way I was acting. It was not me. About a week after the appointment, I got rushed to the hospital stayed there a long time.I beat the septis and called Dr. Garg, after I got out of the hospital to see if I could come back him being a Dr. And me seeing him for 20 some years.\n I had faith that he would understand it was not me. It was a medical issue. He decided to close my account and toss me to the curb and one hundred percent abandoned me knowing I needed psychiatric care , desperately. He knew it was not me.It was the delirium from the septus. He still went ahead and closed my account. So no matter who you are, proceed with caution.\n Doctors do not act this way they understand and he should have understood. He should have not left me out in the cold to fend for myself. Without setting something up or an explanation. I have been shaking for days because of his response, just 20 years mean nothing, he has my medical records that says it was not me.It was a septus and the delirium. I truly thought he cared about his patience. He does not , and I can promise you that. I'm not gonna talk horrible about him. He has to live with himself and he has to face the Lord. In the end, he should not be a psychiatrist. He should not be a doctor I will be reporting him to the psychiatric association because this was not something I could have helped. Because he did that closed. My account and left me stranded. My anxiety and my medication was out which sent me into a severe withdrawal\nAnd contributed to having a heart attack. That is not a doctor.\nI am a christian so I will not say what I think he is. For future patients, please understand you are not special proceed with caution. I cannot repeat that enough. I do not want you to have a heart attack or get tossed to the side without a safety net. I never thought I would say this, but he needs to retire and leave. He's putting lives in danger. And I'm gonna dedicate what life I have left into making sure that everybody knows and he pays for what he has done I cannot be the only one. So if this has happened to you, please contact me I would love to hear Your Story. And get as many people as we can to report him to the psychiatric board.

I have a fairly stressful life, and Dr. Shindler suggested that I give it a go to help relieve stress. Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Nice to see a doctor's office understand.

Perhaps the doctors are so busy that the staff attempts to drive away potential patients. Apparently, when a sick patient recently arrived for a scheduled appointment, the staff turned them away because they were sick (could be COVID you know, or not). Requesting that they at least talk to the doctor about their illness via teleconference during their scheduled appointment time, they were seemingly told NO, the doctor can't talk to you (too busy - even though the visit was scheduled?)! So... it seems you should only go to the doctor if you are feeling well... If you can brave the Soviet-style receptionists or somehow sneak past them, the rest is fine.

Excellent doctors, and front desk staff are mostly ok, but when you call to speak with a nurse to get a prescription refill or because of an issue with a prescription? Be prepared for astonishingly awful customer service. I've had nurses who were utterly rude, condescending, and outright hostile when I had a simple question about a possible drug interaction, or just to ask the doctor for a different prescription because of a medical issue. Everyone understands that some medical staff / nurses become jaded and cynical because of the types of drugs that people abuse (which is also not acceptable), but I'm talking about *routine prescriptions* here, like statins and antibiotics. It's appalling how shoddy their listening skills and interpersonal skills are. They are sorely lacking in manners and do not listen. If I didn't like my doctor so much, I would go elsewhere because of the rudeness of the staff. Here's hoping that the doctors and managers weed out the rude staff members and keep the good ones. I avoid calling there because I don't want to deal with them. What a shame.
