When you finally have an appointment scheduled be prepared to sit in the lobby for 45+ minutes and then wait another 45+ minutes to be seen by the doctor. It shouldn't take almost two hours just to get a prescription refill. This is the third awful appointment I have experienced in a row. I will not be coming back and will find a different family doctor. I highly suggest you stay away too if you value your time.

I'm always patient and friendly to all of the staff because I get it. But this is pretty bad. It's extremely difficult to talk to anyone on the phone here. Sometimes they just don't answer, even if you call within business hours. If you are lucky enough to get an answer, they put you on hold until the phone disconnects. (So basically you are forgotten about)You literally have to just keep calling until someone answers. And really, I don't mind being on hold as long as someone eventually picks up. If you leave a message and they say they'll call back, they won't . Even my pharmacy can never get through to them (which is great, when you're out of your medication and they said they'd call it in)They've also billed me for things I should have never been charged for and it's a huge hassle to get them to sort that out. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if it's an issue with management. But it looks like I'll have to leave a doctor that I really like because the the office just doesn't have it together.

After leaving the parking lot of 2 urgent care places that listed their hours as being open, but they weren't, we came here. This is a first class operation. You'd think you're in a fully equipped hospital, and you wouldn't be far off. Dr Awada is awesome. He talked to us as he did the stitches (she needed 6, so we got to talk a lot). He met Dr Fauchi 20 years ago. He worked with Doctors Without Borders in Mozambique. And, the work was relatively quick and it looked perfect. The wait at the ER nearby was seven hours today. We were in and out of here in about an hour and a half. The only downside? They don't accept insurance. That's not as bad as it sounds, since it's January and we're not even close to meeting our deductible. A hospital would've charged significantly more than the $250 we paid today. Dr Awada is also a primary care physician. We were considering changing doctors anyway, and I think we've just found our new family doctor.

They also keep you very informed on the costs. Dr.Sam and Nina even remembered me after only coming once, which is nice.

If I was Dr. Ferris I would NOT want this woman to be the first person that talks to her patients. She is rude and lacks compassion. Last week I called the office as a new patient, I just moved and this office is very close to my new home. When I talked to Tina she was very short and acted as if I was a bother to her on the phone. I explained to her that I was ill and would like to be seen if possible. She explained to me that Dr. Ferris was leaving early that day and that she could send me to another doctors Nurse Practitioner. So I said sure, I was sick and needed to be seen. I saw Dr. Gammons NP, Holly. Holly was very kind but did not provide me with adequate medical care. She told me it looked like I may have strep (without checking) and wrote me an antibiotic (that I did not fill). So today I woke up still feeling terrible and decided to call the office again and ask to see Dr. Ferris. Tina told me that I could not see Dr. Ferris because doctor Gammon was my doctor now (even though I've never been treated by him) and she told me that I couldn't just flop between different doctors whenever I felt like it. I explained to her that flopping between doctors was not my intention, I just moved here and wanted to see Dr. Ferris from the start but was not able to. She basically told me that was to bad, my doctor is who my doctor is- end of story. Why on earth would I want to be treated at an office where their receptionist has terrible bed side manners, so to speak. Dr. Ferris may be a wonderful doctor, but sadly she has horrible office help. Her receptionist needs a major attitude adjustment
