Review #538…read more 2/28/2026 I'm a patient in the Medical Group at Silver Pine for wellness check ups. I am pleased to know and use 4 different locations out of 6 for my wellness or feeling under the weather office visits. On January 5, 2026 I had a sinus infection that needed attention plus was given a antibiotic in the end of my appointment with Dr. P. Patel. He is one of the many doctors in this medical group. My regular doctor Jennifer Hichme and Kristina Batkins were unavailable when I urgently called here. The Staff at the appointment desk was kind enough to fit Me in with him and I was glad to be taken care of in a kind and attentive plus responsive way. High Fives to the staff here at this office in the Corewell Health Medical Building On Hall Rd and Tilch. The lobby is small but I wore a mask since I was ill and others were sitting half in a wellness area and half in illness section of chairs. This location also has a blood work lab that is only by appointment. I was taking care of after a 15 minute wait since I was early for the time of my appointment. The nurse to complete my vitals and short conversation was very kind and pleasant with her job. Dr. Patel was considerate, helpful with my questions plus knowledgeable to my previous health condition and surgery back in September 2025. He was careful to prescribe Me a medication for the sinus infection that would not interact with my new meds, so I appreciated that concern and attention. Like the other Silver Pine locations, the office experience, care of quality, and type of care was caring and concerning. I connected with my Corewell Health Portal the next day to read his notes about my illness appointment and results. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy after I left this office and was ready in less than 30 minutes. I am glad to have this location available and close to My Home in Macomb when I need to see My 1 of 2 doctors based on their schedule and appointments open here. The Physicians here are advanced and can vaccinate with flu or COVID shots and treat a patient with respect. My 5 stars are true based on my visits in the Silver Pine Medical Group. I certainly feel the care, compassion and professionalism of the doctors, nurses and staff at this location. They offer Self-Scheduling appointments on line too now. We were helped immediately at registration. During my entire stay, all the staff was super kind and knowledgeable. It definitely helped relieve all my nerves! My nurse Nelson was an exceptional delight! Usually it takes nurses a few tries to find a good vein for a blood draw/IV but he did it on the first try. Surgery itself was only about 30 minutes. My boyfriend was well informed during the entire process. There was a snack area and TV in the waiting area.

It offers Urgent Care, Laboratory, CT Scans, Ex-Rays, MRI for their Imaging Side. This past year I have been here on 4 occasions for testing and imaging. Hours are 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday too The previous name was Beaumont and my past review is gone, lost or deleted along with photos too. My current visit at this Corewell Health Center has been for blood test, Carotid Artery Doppler and then a follow up appointment with family physician who has an office on the 1st floor. My orthopedic knee doctor sent Me here over the Summer to have a scan of My hips and knees using their Open MRI table/machine since I get claustrophobic. Every past visit at this Corewell Health Center for blood tests and Imaging have been pleasant from check-in desk staff, then with nurses and technicians to ease My nervousness in a pleasant environment. Results are completed in a 3 day timeline. He does…read morenot rush you out of the room (sometimes it seems like he doea not rush to see you either when you are in the room). The wait is well worth it. He takes his time with you. Answers ALL questions. I feel very comfortable asking anything I want to Dr Henk! He has a very good bedside manner. His staff is very friendly and aware of your concerns when you visit the office. They do follow-up calls after your visit even if it is good news.

No problem; I assumed more help for my snoring/fatigue would follow the study. Staff was pleasant; office clean. I noticed on my paperwork that I probably wasn't given all the information I should have been, and it referred to educational videos. When I called about these, I was given only a simple "how to use the home study equipment" YouTube link. Home study: I fussed with the monitor and finally had to call tech support-- turns out I was given a unit with dead batteries. Fortunately I had a pair of fresh AAA's and was back in business. A few days later I heard from my primary care doctor that I had sleep apnea; no further info was available to them or on Beaumont's site. After waiting all week for a call, I finally called Sleep Services, and was given a curt "You have mild sleep apnea and we will order a C-Pap for you." I asked about choosing the model or mask-- she was very "oh, they'll just send you one in three days." She clearly didn't want to talk about any other treatment options or any further investigation into my snoring/fatigue concerns. I declined, since I will be traveling for the next few weeks and don't want to take a new machine with me. Glad I did-- FINALLY, along with a $423 bill for my (after insurance) share of the procedure, I saw my report: I have VERY mild sleep apnea, as in just BARELY over the threshold of normal. Seriously? You were just going to have an expensive machine (of random type) shipped to me? Is that at all ethical medicine? Now, I will have to call after my trip and try to talk to them more, and if I get better service I will change my review. But for now, I absolutely cannot recommend Beaumont Sleep Services - Macomb.
