Dr. Winder has cared for my mother as her primary care physician through every phase of her life…read more Her clinical skills, compassion and empathy mean the world to our entire family. Her assistant Christine has, at times, contorted herself into yogic positions to accommodate our needs. She's an unsung hero. Thank you a million times over for everything you both do for my amazing mother!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! The word" awful", does not do justice to the indifference this office shows to…read moretheir patients. One employee in particular is very aggressive, argumentative and unprofessional. She has literarily screamed at me over the phone and once hung up on me at closing time. This pattern of abusive behavior continued with her even using a false first name when speaking with me. I finally had enough abuse from this employee and called Dr. Winder to notify her of this employee's horrible behavior. This was in October of 2014. I had hoped to have a conversation with the doctor to let her know that two patients were going elsewhere. As of March 22, 2015, she has never contacted me. They are also inept at calling in simple refills on scripts for important medications like blood pressure, heart and anti-seizure meds. 8 of 10 times they do not follow through to the point that it had become a running joke with the Pharmacist and me. You should plan on a week or so before they "get around to it". If you're looking to hear excuses from your physician's office, then this is your place.
