The assistants are good, but seem to be over worked because they NEVER follow up on anything they discuss with you. You will have to continuously call back to request for follow up on the things you discussed with them. I went in for an insulin pump on my 1st visit and gave up after a year of seeing no progress. I went to my PCP instead and had a pump within a month. You will also have to wait at least 6 months to get an appointment to speak with these "assistants". Here's the straw that finally broke the camel's back for me. I had a heart attack and while in the hospital one of the Doctors from this fraudulent office stopped into my room each day. They looked at my blood pressure and said, "Your blood pressure looks good, I'll stop back later to discuss your diabetes with you." They never stopped back later to discuss my diabetes but came back the very next day with the exact same story..."your blood pressure looks good, I'll stop back later." When I reviewed my hospital billing, those visits where they stopped in to tell me my blood pressure looked good were billed as "Endocrine Specialist Diabetes Counselling". This is obviously insurance fraud and likely the reason you can never see the actual Doctor at your office visits. The Doctors are too busy scanning the patient logs at the hospitals to see who has diabetes so they can make these 5 minute blood pressure comment visits and charge them as diabetes specialist counselling visitations while they have hired assistants acting as Doctors at their office. Don't just walk, but RUN away from this fraud of a Doctor!

It might take awhile to get an appointment, but that just speaks to her popularity as more patients find her and love her.

If I could give zero stars I would…read more TL; DR - If you are looking for a practice that offers ridiculously long wait times, an incredibly rude front office staff, and medical care that will feel rushed, careless and like they have no clue that they're doing, this is the place for you! Avoid this place. They will see you for 5 minutes after you've been waiting loooooong past your scheduled appointment time. Multiple times we've waited for over an hour to be seen. This was not an isolated incident as it has happened consistently regardless of when the appt is scheduled (morning, afternoon, etc.). If the care we received was worth it, I don't think we'd mind waiting but in multiple visits the PA/NP (Nicole?) has been neither thorough nor compassionate. I wasn't going to leave a review but was truly shocked to see their high rating so felt I owed the community at large a fair warning. Stay away from this practice unless you are looking for a practice that wastes your time and gives you subpar care. There are better places in the nearby area (Troy, Birmingham) who will value your time and treat you with the compassionate care you deserve. If you are already a patient here, I encourage you to find another practice and potentially look into filing a formal complaint through LARA as well as your insurance company if your "care" was as subpar as ours has been, as I will be looking into. This is absolutely appalling. But at least the front office staff is pleasant! Kidding - they're incredibly rude and unhelpful - negativity attracts negativity. If you're a potential patient give them a call and see how helpful they are about your questions or scheduling before you commit to get a taste of what you'll be dealing with. We were helped immediately at registration. During my entire stay, all the staff was super kind and knowledgeable. It definitely helped relieve all my nerves! My nurse Nelson was an exceptional delight! Usually it takes nurses a few tries to find a good vein for a blood draw/IV but he did it on the first try. Surgery itself was only about 30 minutes. My boyfriend was well informed during the entire process. There was a snack area and TV in the waiting area.

I don't like being ill, which I am a lot, but I enjoy going to see Dr. Rosenberg when I am. I am very comfortable in his presence and genuinely like the man. He listens to my concerns, and has me on a regimen of medications that have my asthma and COPD under control, along with various heart issues. If he's not available for an appointment, his PAC's usually can see me same day, and he's been known to see me during his lunch hour. I can't say enough good about Dr. R and his office staff, which has had a nearly complete turnover in the past few years, all for the better. Highly recommend!

REVIEW #461 January…read more31, 2024 "Keep It Moving" I was referred to Dr. Violette Henein by my family doctor back in November of 2023. I didn't Yelp check-in at this office with My 1st visit, because I was not sure of what to expect and the outcome of My needed medical appointment. I can certainly say that after a 30 minute consultation, she showed kindness, understanding and concern with my health issues. I was blood tested for Auto-Immune and Rheumatoid Arthritis because of a daily sharp joint pain in hands, legs, neck and lower back. This pain was brought on from a full time demanding physical job for 6 months, in which was My reason for a early resignation too. Doctor Henein listened and examined my symptoms then gave Me her professional recommendation and recovery advice. She has knowledge of both Arthritis & Osteoporosis along with several other bone diseases that I listed on Yelp with My First To Tip. I returned here in late December for a follow-up meeting and also to be examined again by her after a mini Fall Injury to cause pain to My left leg and hip. I will be tested again by her lab once a year as preventive care to verify Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis which is hereditary. My blood tests were negative on the Rh disease :-) but I'm still a carrier since My parents had both of these bone issues in their late years of life without any medical treatment. This office is welcoming at the front desk with Kathy and checkout with Sue. The nurses here are kind and detailed with their examination to assist Dr. Henein. The lobby is comfortable and there's a public restroom if needed, TV to watch and health magazines to read when the wait time to see her can take a bit longer based on other new patients. This medical practice and Doctor has her own Lab for blood work tests, plus Digital Ex-rays, Bone Density and Infusion treatments. I feel My health check-ups will be very reassuring plus she's affiliated with Henry Ford Medical. She also specializes in many areas of bone disorders and pain management to assist.
