A buddy and I went there on a Saturday night and had a great time. I cannot remember the bartender's name (female, tall, funny accents) but she was a blast. Wow, the building was moderately packed and all yall had to show for it was 2 bartenders working their asses off to accommodate the patrons? Wait staff was scarce and the only time our area was seriously patrolled (almost comically) was when it was time to pay our tab. I drank 1 beer every hour and a half due to how slow service was. 45 minutes waiting to close my tab and an extra 20 minutes waiting for my card to be returned. Groups were leaving in droves due to poor service. There were also little children in the building(?!) Food was mediocre and the shitty service had me so tense I couldn't relax and enjoy myself. Tried it out during their grand opening weekend. It was so worth it. We sat at the bar while waiting for friends and had very friendly bar staff take care of us and make sure we had all our questions answered. Once our party arrived they were very quick to seat us and that's when the fun began. They had a group of bagpipe musicians and drummers go through the restaurant. It was so entertaining to watch them throughout the night. Our food was beyond expectation and all of us are already planning what we are going to try next. Mo's Irish Pub is nothing short of amazing. I came here with my husband on a Tuesday night. He had the Santa Fe Sandwich and devoured it in minutes. I had the NY strip and it was to die for. The beer list also offers a wide variety of flavors and types of beer. Not to mention the drinks and wine they have as well. The service was extremely friendly and the prices are great. We topped this wonderful meal off with dessert and it did not disappoint. They have a huge bar and a nice open patio. The perfect place to catch a game. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Friendly staff and the wait was only about 5 minutes right at 7 pm. Can't wait to catch a live music night. We will be coming back! SECOND UPDATE! After waiting 20 min for our tickets all 3 of our checks were wrong, the server was very nice about it and said he would take the $12 salad off of my ticket that was $43. THEN HE CHARGES MY CARD THE OTHER COUPLES $58 bill!! He supposedly cancelled it (we will see in a week or so) and then still charged me $34 so he didn't take the right thing off. We wanted to watch football so we came here. The parking lot was full we literally got the last spot, but when we walked in it was dead. On a Sunday?? Handful of customers. Ordered the avocado toast- no dairy. Definitely had butter on the toast and the avocado was pale, warm, with a flimsy warm tomato, on a soggy piece of toast. Sad. The Power Salad (I ordered it with no chx, cheese, or dressing) came out correct, but arugula and kale were wilted and dying. So so sad. I sent it back to take it off with another server since ours never showed her face on the floor again. Two managers standing around never touched my table to asked any questions. The whole reason we came was to watch football, but they had such poor quality, scratching, freezing, and going out that that we left. So managers not touching tables, server disappearing, Kitchen sending out poor quality food, and non working TVs at a sports bar, we can see why it's dead on a Sunday Football afternoon. They've figured it out pretty quick over there at Mo's. The covered patio is great and that table in the corner...well, I think that's gonna be mine. Jessica, our waitress, was great. We ordered a Boxty, fish and chips, and the dessert cookie. Four beers between the two of us, as well. The Boxty was gigantic; way bigger than I expected with slice of bread for scale (from the fish and chips, it didn't come with the Boxty). It was stuffed with shrimp and chicken, but could have used more Andouille sausage. Don't expect it to taste like any kind of burrito you're used to, though - it's much more tomatoey and savory. The fish and chips were also tasty - lightly breaded, flaky cod fried just right, not oily or soggy at all. The cookie was over the top: warm, buttery, chocolatey...and there was ice cream. Live music, tons of TVs on an amazing patio, and friendly service...I'll definitely be back. Best of all - the prices are extremely reasonable. My only complaint would be the house music volume - it was so loud that, even on the patio, we had trouble understanding our waitress. I'm looking forward to Happy Hour. read more

Not great and not terrible. A very average meal. The menu is mostly American, not Irish - burgers, wings, etc. I had the jalapeño grilled cheese, which was delicious. The tomato soup that came with it was your average tomato soup. My husband got the Reuben. The bottom was very soggy, and the flavor wasn't great. We had hummus for an appetizer. It was pretty good. I've been here twice now. The place is clean and the beer is cold! They have live music on the weekends which is nice. We went when a band called Sol Flair was there and they were amazing! I came from a different restaurant that was showing the baseball game. I went back to my hotel room to watch the end of the game. However, my hotel didn't have the channel the game was on. So I happed to get a beer, in a can, and go to Mo's Irish Pub. This was the place the staff at my hotel recommended. I was glad to see that had the game on, that I wanted to watch. I came to the bar, with the half drank beer I bought from the hotel. The bartender said he would not be able to serve me any alcohol, because I brought a beer in. . On a Sunday afternoon, sitting outside after a rainy day with a group of friends drinking alcohol and having small bites meanwhile no one else is sitting outside, we still managed to get the not-so-best service. I ordered a Margarita and kids meal chicken strips with onion rings. Yes I know I am not under 12 but I don't mind paying a little extra for small portions but our server felt like she needed to charge additional for the onion rings, the beverage the meal came with and sauce (Ok, fine I won't get mad for that). Back to my drinks... The Margarita was OK, I know it's not her fault but she never came around to check up on us and by the time that she came and checked on us I figure I should just drink it and ordered something else. When we ordered more she felt so uncomfortable and rushed us so that made us feel uncomfortable. Did ordered a Dos XX, no one can mess that up. It was a friend's birthday hence why we got together and one of my other friends ordered him a cookie with ice cream and for herself and she looked less than thrilled but whatevs. We sang happy birthday and I just wanted to get out of there. I had to look for her inside and she was not seen, I asked a very polite young man if he could help me locate my server on this less than busy Sunday afternoon where maybe 10 customers were inside BTW and he want to look for her and nothing. For an "Irish" bar they try to be something they're not; Irish. They are truly a regular bar painted green in suburban Katy, TX. Of course they sell Irish drinks like Jameson and Guinness.
