(I couldn't find this business on YELP yet, so I added it. I hope I've done this correctly.)
I'm writing this for my uncle, who has been going on about a company that helped his own small company.
Uncle Joe owns a small towing company (5 trucks), and was having difficulty keeping track of his rigs, getting them where they needed to be, etc. Sometimes drivers would 'disappear' or not respond when he called them. He was afraid that they were doing side jobs (and thus losing him money and gas - not good these days!) The new "tracking" system works off of his regular computer, and shows where the trucks are, as if he was a big company, showing locations in real time (pretty cool).
My side comments will be in (parentheses). He says:
"The people at Morse GPS offered an economical program with a system so I can see where my drivers are and when they are using the power takeoff (lift), so that I can tell when they are towing a car, and where they are." (He reduced time and fuel costs.)
The GPS tracking system also let him know where the trucks were, so that he could send them to the closest locations to save gas and time.
"Even though I'm not the best at computers, the system is easy to use, and customer service was very helpful. Just a couple of calls got me on track."
