I come from Sacramento to have my teeth cleaned and looked at so it's still worth the trip. The hygienists have mostly stayed the same, with some retiring as it was there time, but for the most part they are still intact. Appointments- They are only open 1 Saturday a month so it's rough trying to get a Saturday appointment. I usually make my appointment at the end of my appointment so they can usually schedule me in a time that works best. Just be aware that it's tough to reschedule an appointment the closer it gets to your appointment as appointments are made 6 months in advance. Parking- They are in a business park and they have a private lots so parking isn't an issue. Farmer's Market- If you come on a Saturday there is usually a Farmer's market across the street in the Kaiser Shopping Center. So if you are early or waiting for someone there is something to do. Dentist- It's a husband and wife couple. They are both very nice and all seems well. I don't have any gum disease or cavities so I can only judge on the regular 6 month appointments. For now I'm a satisfied customer. Ambiance- It's nice a cozy, the receptionist knows your name so you feel at home. They have a bathroom right off the waiting area where you can refresh your mouth before going to the appointment. Make sure you ask the receptionist for a disposable tooth brush to do a quick cleaning before you have your appointment. They used to have them in the restroom for your, but took them out. They are infused with toothpaste so there is no need for more. There is also mouthwash and cups in the bathroom so you can do a quick swish. Decor- I still love the paw prints on the ceiling tiles. The place is clean and fresh. I love the unique whimsical stools the air purifier is on. They have little games for the kids to play while they wait and a stack of magazines to read in the lobby. Goodie Bag- Kids still have a toy check they can get a toy from. That is always a plus. When I was a kid I'd love getting my tiny gift. And for the adults we get a new toothbrush, the color of our choice, a choice of toothpaste and floss. I love the mini toothpaste as I use them when I travel. They are the perfect size for TSA.

First of all, Dylan at front desk is the most organized, friendliest, most helpful person ever! Every time I walk in, Dylan immediately greets me with a "Hi Julia, I've got you all checked in here you can take a seat". I don't even have to remind him my name, he's always prepared and knows who's coming in for the day! I also had some confusion with my insurance and he patiently explained to me how everything worked even though it really wasn't his job to do so! I never have to wait more then 5 minutes to be brought back and once I sit down, Dr. Don Shimizu is generally ready to see me too! Dr. Shimizu has got to be one of the most cheerful and kindest dentists in the area! He always asks how you're doing, during the procedures he'll make sure you're doing okay, and he always makes sure to let his patients know that if anything is bothering them, they can always give him a call! I've had teeth cleanings, cavities filled, and crowns replaced by him and everything has gone smoothly! I didn't get the names of the staff that work with him, but everyone else is also super nice and friendly! Dr. Wong and his assistants examined my teeth and suggested a treatment plan that was actually better than I expected. I was expecting to need a crown, which is $$$$, but instead Dr. Wong suggested starting with a filling, which is $$$. I've been to multiple dentists before, and I can tell when someone is trying to upsell you because they don't want to deal with smaller jobs or potential problems. I understand that things can happen and that everything eventually needs to be repaired or replaced, but I really appreciate a dentist who is honest about what actually needs to be done. Dr. Wong was very honest, professional, and did a top-notch job. I can't recommend him enough. He definitely has all these positive reviews for a reason!

He recommended a root canal and recommended an endodontist. His staff called their office, while I was waiting, to make an appointment the following day. Wow... great customer service. My appointment was booked for 2 hours. His assistant, Emily, was very friendly and accommodating to my personal medical needs. Dr. Wong was pleasant during the procedure. He has a calm demeanor. Like many others, I'm not the biggest fan of those biannual cleanings (ouchy), but Kwon & Jabbour have made the experience as painless as possible. Their facility is clean, modern, and very high-tech. There's a lot of effort to ensure patient comfort and wellbeing. I didn't realize how outdated my previous dentist's tech was until I came here... And also realized how much smoother the teeth cleaning experience could be. Each time I've visited, the staff are professional, kind, and welcoming. I've been wary of predatory practices after hearing about peers' bad experiences with dentists-- fortunately, you definitely don't have to worry about that here. Dr. Jabbour and staff show genuine care towards patient wellbeing and patiently break down any treatments or recommendations if you have questions. I feel very reassured that they have my best interests in mind.

Over the course of treatment, I went through Invisalign, professional whitening, and ultimately two veneers on my front teeth. What stood out to me throughout the entire process was the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism from Dr. Geleris and his entire team. Cosmetic work is extremely personal, and they took the time to listen to what I wanted, work through the details with me, and make sure the final result looked natural rather than overdone. The entire staff was consistently welcoming, responsive, and professional at every appointment. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about getting the best possible result. I'm extremely happy with how everything came together.
