I had my kids with me and I was shopping for a wedding dress. Janice was very good with my kids and very patient, she showed me a whole selection of dresses and they were ALL so beautiful! I am not a size 2 by any means and was stunned to see that she had better dresses to offer me in my size for my budget! I had gone to 2 other wedding shops in Salt Lake City and was told due to my size that they were limited, and that was really discouraging.. Janice really made all my previous experiences go away and even with my wedding date approaching quickly and all the normal chaos that comes with it all; she really made my dress shopping experience very pleasant! She was very affordable and with the purchase of my beautiful dress and alterations it was $300.00 For everything! I almost bought a $1,800.00 dress that I didn't really like but was going to settle on, the dress I found here! Whew! I NEVER had that warm loving feeling, like, I felt so beautiful, and I never got that anywhere else until I put on the dress that I found at her shop. I CANNOT thank her enough for her business and her very warm, genuine personality. she is such a treasure to work with! I'm really conflicted writing this review because my first experience with Bloomique was…read moreincredible. My husband sent me an all-white arrangement for our anniversary and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was thoughtfully styled, beautifully arranged, and clearly made with care. I was seriously blown away. Because of that experience, he ordered from here again for Valentine's Day, requesting another all-white arrangement at the same price point. Unfortunately, the difference in quality and design was extremely disappointing. I completely understand the demand around Valentine's Day but the arrangement I received felt rushed, poorly composed, and nowhere near the level of craftsmanship of the one from our anniversary. Knowing how beautiful their work can be made this especially frustrating. The inconsistency between the two arrangements was surprising. I'm sharing this honestly because the anniversary flowers set such a high standard and I wish the Valentine's Day arrangement had reflected that same care.

My husbands glasses where ready and waiting in the office without us receiving a call. We had to call to see if they were ready only to be told they had been ready for a week. Gee did anyone think to call us maybe? Then I called in a week and half later wondering if my glasses where ready and the receptionist told me they where ready but the lab hasn't mailed them out yet. I called today and was told they would be on back order for another week and 5 days (which is basically two weeks just softening the blow). Again, no one thought to call us and inform us of the status. Real unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked why no one had I formed us the receptionist responded with "well my coworker is right here next to me do you want me to ask her?" Instead of a simple "I apologize for the miscommunication. I assure you once they are in we will give you a call" I don't think businesses realize how much competition there is and quite frankly, I don't think they care. Otherwise the service wouldn't have been so unprofessional. Long story short, take your business elsewhere. Then I contacted my bank to dispute the charges because I was sure she had run off with the money with no intention of making good on delivery. Why else wouldn't she have contacted me about the change in her business status? She eventually (after getting notice of the bank dispute) emailed me that the dress was delayed due to tariffs and took no responsibility at all for the lack of communication.
