There is a snall parking lot, lots of machines, tvs and a few chairs. Five reasons why you should absolutely never use this extremely unprofessional laundry service:…read more 1. They never give you direct answers to your direct questions. 2. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

He is always helpful and when I am struggling with laundry he comes out to my car to get my bags. I have used their machines to do my own laundry once before and the machines are new and efficient.
