Outrageous prices on appliances that have been spray painted. My old appliances I give away are in better condition.

They were bountifully stocked. I picked up on trash bins for my car. They are heavy. Will use 1 in my bedroom. I purchased other items. Saw other items I wanted. But had to talk myself out of them. Vowed to return when my budget permits.

I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that." I wont be shopping there again which sucks because I spend alot of money there.

He seemed high or drunk, or under the influence of something. He wasn't able to comprehend what I was saying, and was swaying and leaning. I told him don't come to my home without coordinating with me first. He stated that he called and no one answered. I told him if no one called that means that he didn't coordinate and this is not the first time he has done this. I asked if he left a voicemail, and he didn't. He called at 12:15pm and came to my house at 12:45pm. I asked what he would have done if I wasn't home and he responded "well, I called". My mother just passed away and we were having her repass (reception after funeral). He showed up and wanted us to move to adjust to his unannounced schedule. I told him I would be filing a complaint because his behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked him to give me a moment to move my guests. Kenny looked me in my eyes and agreed to wait. I went back in the house to tell my mother-in-law to move everyone to the backyard... maybe 3 minutes. I came back to the front of the house and he had left. Minutes later AHS called and said the vendor requested to transfer the work order because they couldn't get in touch with me. This is after Kenny showed up to my house unannounced during my mothers repass, looked me in my eye, had me move our guests, and left without even letting us know he was leaving.

You know, the coward who was picked on as a kid because he couldn't stick up for himself and now takes out his frustrations over the internet. They're everywhere in this day and age. But I digress... My experience at The Home Depot in Macon, Ga was great. I recently had my Kitchen re-modeled and could not be happier. The kitchen designer Matt was extremely friendly and professional. We had checked around at other stores and a few private architectural firms, but the customer service wasn't too good and their estimated completion time tables were horrible. Matt designed our kitchen quickly and his designs were inspiring. The time table he gave us was two months till completion, and damned if he wasn't spot on. Their installers were extremely friendly and understood the necessity of keeping a low profile and staying out of the way of the family. When the project was finished, and we could see the design come together, my wife and I were ecstatic. Our kitchen is now a place where the family can interact and we can entertain guests. 4 stars for friendly and professional service. Will be shopping their again.

I was told that they would only exchange them in the first 30 days. This policy changed on 6/01/26 to the new policy of 30 days. I bought mine before that date. Home Depot has become a joke. The reason they stopped exchange is so they don't loose money, they own Ryobi.
