The only issue I've ever had at Lowe's is with an online promotion that this local store seems to not honor. They were giving away a free head lamp. I received my confirmation email which advised the date and time frame to pick it up. However I got to the store the customer service rep told me she didn't know what I was talking about. I showed her the email and she referred me to someone else who advised they didn't get any. Not sure why I was emailed twice to remind me to go pick it up on the said date and time. I was quite perturbed that I wasted my time and gas going there.

He got me a L bracket and some screws and told me if it did not work to take back to any location. I worked on the shelf for a minute because I actually thought some brackets from another item I had would work since it had a level end but it didn't. Kevin was super amazing and wanted to know if things worked out. It did. I however had to take back his bracket and screws to the other closest location to get it right. Thanks so much Kevin. She gave me a disgusting look and asked me when I purchased it with a rude undertone. I told her I purchased it on June 18. Even though they have a 90 day return policy, she said she was unable to return it without a warranty again with a rude undertone. John. Popped up behind the counter immediately and said a different thing to me. He told me that now I could not return it until tomorrow at 11 AM which is three hours after they open and I would be charged a $300 restocking fee, which would take my return down to $600. When the machine never started once, and I was promised by John himself multiple times as well as Haley and the bald guy that I would be able to return the pressure washer, no problem. When I went back in to question them about why they both gave me different responses on why I couldn't return the pressure washer John was telling Haley that I was "bullshitting them ". The only people who are bullshitting is this entire management. John Haley and every other untrained supervisor and manager at this establishment is in the business to scam their customers. They sell resold damaged items and then refused to take them back. I have to drive to Warner Robins to another location just to take this back because they are completely insubordinate. This entire store needs to be shut down and this corporation needs to be dissolved.

Just wanted to warn everyone about Macon Doors and Hardware. My husband and I placed an order with…read morethem on 6-24-26 and paid a $2000.00 deposit. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our order to be ready. Here we are 5 weeks later with no material. Not once did they reach out to give us updates. My husband has called them multiple times and is told "should be tomorrow" or "should be next week" or like yesterday, we were told "SHOULD be Friday" at this point we were done. We found a new company to get the doors from. I called to request a refund and after speaking with the owner, Rick Stevens, he agreed. Within the hour he called back to deny the refund and suddenly everything was ready for pickup. There is no "non refundable deposit" anywhere on our paperwork. We drove out there today to talk to him in person before we took things further. We gave him ample opportunity to refund us. Ended up calling the Sherrifs office to make and report then headed straight to the courthouse to file with small claims.
