I asked the clerk if I could get a price reduction. She had to ask a manager. He offered 10% off, I refused. He called another manager and I haggle with him to 20% off. I got it home and realized it was more damaged. Do better Lowe's and general manager, Jennifer Smith! It looks like it was returned after someone used it for awhile and Lowe's just put it back out at full price!

Yes, I took the whole damn shelf to the the store. I returned the other items and then I went to see Jeff who is such a sweet soul. I told him this is my last go at making this work. He looked at different brackets measuring trying to get it right. He asked me questions whether I cared about screw color, etc. He then told me these will work. He then told me to take the bar that I did have on the plate off and use 2 out of the pack and it will lay even and use my tightening screws from the shelf package. I got home and things were going well until I got to the screws. I was screwing til I made a hole in the other end. Nothing a black coverup dot or black marker won't fix...or simply laying something over it. I was like well I need shorter screws. I searched in my tool bag and didn't think I would have any luck. I think I saw 3 short ones. I didn't even care to get the 2 that matched. But they worked. I also had to find screws to hold the shelf to the plate that were long enough as the other ones I had would not work. I tell you. If I had some big enough washers. I would have used those too. But it's complete and I am satisfied. I say that to say this. Thank you so much Jeff for your excellent customer service and helping me finalize this project. You are so greatly appreciated. 1000/10

    This place has the most rude and scammy environment on earth. If you're starting a business this is…read moreNOT the place for you. I bought the predator 4400 psi to better my business, John offered me a $300 warranty and asked if was using it for commercial business. I replied yes and he still offered me a warranty that I later found out would void because I can't use it for commercial business. So instead of TELLING the customer that, he decided to be a sleaze and try to upsell me a void warranty. it was missing a $5 pump dipstick. I called later, spoke to John and he told me "if I didn't like it then I could throw it in the car and take it back". Even though HF claims they manufacture the predator, somehow they don't send spare parts after customers purchase a $1000 worth of product that is missing parts, scratched and dented and was sold prior. After calling the Warner Robins location, they told us they would be happy to give us a spare dipstick from another model. We got the dipstick, it was having trouble starting. As I said the box was already open so we decided to take it back. We called and asked them if the gas had to be removed and they told us yes but if we didn't know how to do it, they would do it for us. We drove 30 minutes to return it. We came into the store and I asked the rude bald manager if we could return the pressure washer. He looked at me, looked away and said "Line". the store associate told us to drain the gas in the land next to their store which is illegal and as he said this the manager ran outside and threatened to call the police on us. He told us nobody at that store told us to bring it back with gas so someone lied to us. This is not a business, they treat customers like dog shit.

Constant issues with…read moredishwasher not drying properly. came out first time repaired a loose wire connection. still had issues, came out and "found" thermostat was bad. said he wouldbe back out that Thursday. never showed never called. called him almost a month later, he says oh yea part just came in...came out put it in said any issues call. so a few weeks later it stopped drying again. rebooked repair for them to cancel twice. im talking with warranty company OWNER Darrell marked my account unhappy customer nothing wrong.warranty refused to send someone else because he marked it that. NO word from him he was polite, never had me sign anything. if nothing i wrong why did he find something wrong everytme he came out

I found out that this was causing Moisture to build inside my house and was causing Mold to start growing. I keep a clean house so I was appalled at this and needed it fixed ASAP. I called Morris Appliance and got Darrel on the phone on Tuesday morning Aug. 9th, 2022 and I expected that he may not get to it right away or even the same day. But, he did say he would try to today or tmrrw (Wednesday), but that he was busy. He then told me, "if I cant today or tmrrw, then I will def be by on Thursday to check it out." Well Thursday morning comes and I didn't hear from him so I text him, he said he was booked and it would most likely be the next day. I was like, what? You told me worse case scenario Thursday and here is it is Thursday and your now just telling me the day of? Out of respect and good business etiquette, call a client that has used your services before! I could have called another tech to remedy my situation. I thought it was unprofessional of him to not call me or meet his scheduled appt with me on Thursday like he said. He hung up on me and told me to find someone else- Not the guy that you can trust his word and I would NOT recommend Darrel. You don't know if he's going to show up! A business man's word is everything these days- Chris M.
