Walk in and it's almost like a car dealership. Large plate glass windows, high ceiling and lots of power toys for the big boys on display. They are a Stihl dealership and it shows. I made the grand tour in the Macon/Warner Robins/Byron area of most, if not all these places looking for a few parts for a weed eater. What I learned was Lowes and Home Depot sold machines are hard to find parts for. About all I got was a view off all these shops and a half tank or more less of gas. Talked to the man in the parts department. Very nice guy. Looked at the part I was trying to replace, a grommet for the fuel tank, but couldn't match it with anything he had. Talked to me for a few minutes about how the system works and many of these big box store machines will be hard to find parts for locally. Never tried to push any of his products on me. Rarely do you see someone try to help someone that isn't going to be a customer because they don't have the part. But, not only did he take the time to explain these things to me but he recommended another shop south of him that might be my best best. Service what they sell. Lowes or Home Depot will never say that.

I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn't be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.

When I got there, and he saw the base had a Threaded Coupling, vs a Threaded Rod, he actually started apologizing right then. He said, The company who made this lamp is out of business. And, I've been trying to find threaded couplings without success (he even took me in the back work room, and showed me another lamp that has the same problem. He also showed me a new lamp whose rod was slightly angled, and when assembled, would be leaning slightly). While we talked about alternatives (welding, gluing, or buying a new lamp), I found that he really knew his business. So, even though he was unable to fix it, I wouldn't hesitate to refer you to him.

I brought my vacuum in to The Vac Shop and the staff was incredible. They were friendly and even offered to help me move my heavy Kirby to and from my car. They repaired and cleaned the entire vacuum and it was ready for pick up in two days! The prices are great! I will definitely be bringing my Kirby back to the Vac Shop for my next tune-up!

As of today, Jan. 24, we still haven't received the chairs. They have given us 5 different delivery dates and are now telling us they don't know when the chairs will be delivered. We have been lied to so many times: "The chairs have to be made", "The chairs are on the truck and on their way", "Christmas slowed down the delivery". Mobley's Furniture was quick to accept our money then could care less about delivery. Very poor business.

I went in Saturday to buy a firearm. I settled on one. I verified that it was new. The clerk…read moresaid it was. The clerk said that he'd give me 10% off for being a veteran. I decided to buy it. It was inexpensive, so, 10% off roughly became $250. I filled out the paperwork, and we completed the purchase. I asked about the 2nd magazine. The clerk said it only came with one, which seemed odd. I asked for the box, the clerk said it came with a bag, and put it in a black plastic bag. I checked online and the firearm should come with 2 magazines. The 10% "deal" he gave me is less than the replacement cost for the second magazine the firearm should come with, nor the warranty, nor the lock and other items. I will be contacting the manufacturer to let them know of this shops shady dealings in an attempt to have them blacklisted as a retailer. I understand that you may be desperate if you are shopping at pawn shops, but you do have other options. Have a great day.
