I did let the gentleman know but he sighed and tried to correct it by making the other nail more narrow. He did get upset and then Amy ended up taking over. I did try to explain multiple different ways, but all of my nails looked different. She did say that my explanations only made sense to me, but honestly I did say every nail looked different. I will give props that she tried to fix it but overall idk what to say. The nails are very thick, still extremely crooked, less different but still not uniform. I honestly don't even think these were worth paying for as I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and I can't get over how this is the worst set I've had. After I told Amy I found them on Yelp she said "and you believed it"... knowing it was sarcasm and jokes but i definitely feel it. I was not confrontational enough to just say no thank you to continuing any service.

In fairness, the doctor did not send the prescription until the last minute. When we first arrived, a very kind employee informed us that the prescription would be ready in about 20 minutes. Given the late prescription, I thought that was completely reasonable. Since we live about 20 minutes out of town, I decided to take my dad home and return later. When I came back, another employee--also very kind--told me the prescription would not be ready until 9:00 PM because of an audit. While that was disappointing, I understood that unexpected issues arise and was happy to return at 9:00, knowing my dad would have his medication in time for his next dose. However, when I returned at 9:15 PM, a different employee informed me that the prescription would not be filled until midnight, again citing the audit. When I explained that this was my third trip to the pharmacy that evening and that I had been told it would be ready by 9:00 PM, his response was, "I am telling you the correct information!" I consider myself a very understanding and patient person, and I recognize that delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen. What is unacceptable, however, is being given conflicting information throughout the evening and being spoken to dismissively when expressing a legitimate concern. Most importantly, this delay involved post-surgical pain medication for a patient who was relying on it for relief and recovery. I understand that audits and operational issues are sometimes unavoidable, but clearer communication, accurate expectations, and a more professional response would have made this situation far less frustrating.
