Had we been told that our daughter's allergy could not be safely accommodated, we would have left. Her safety is obviously more important than having dinner at any restaurant. What is especially troubling is that, despite notifying your staff of her peanut allergy, our daughter experienced an allergic reaction while dining at your establishment. Trying to redirect the focus onto the fact that your kitchen uses third-party products or has a risk of cross-contamination does not change the fact that your staff was informed of her allergy before she was served. Regarding the service, reviewing timestamps on security footage does not capture the attentiveness, communication, delays, or overall quality of service at our table. And regarding the bill: I never stated that an employee walked up to me and verbally accused us of not paying.
