This pop up style mini cafe is run by a mom/daughter duo who are serving up some of the best coffee I've ever had. Most of their syrup and flavor offerings are house made and range from your classic caramel to fun and unique flavors like blueberry pancake. One of the most important factors in a coffee shop to me, is consistency. It is truly key. Quite like science, pulling a good shot of espresso takes skill and knowledge. There is so much that goes into it, that many may not realize. Charlee Rose offers this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Never bitter, never sour. Smooth and velvety every time. My go to drink was the Salted Maple Latte w/ Banana cold foam, but I've discovered a new favorite. Caramelized Banana latte w/ banana cold foam. It hits the spot every time. Be sure to check their social media for fun drinks they're whipping up that may not be shown on their standard menu. Oh and expect a line! There is always line...I mean that's a good thing right? It means there's something really yummy waiting for you behind the counter. Service is also amazing every time. Staff is bubbly, friendly and always has great suggestions when in doubt of what to get. There is also some cute and fun merch for sale! Parking is tough so be prepared! The chocolate was in my coffee, and the coffee was inside a florist.  The space itself is stunning, with velvetine couches and gorgeous flowers and plants everywhere you look. A big thank you to Brandy for making us feel so welcome--it truly made the experience even more special. I had a mocha, and my daughter got an iced white mocha with strawberry cold foam that tasted like fresh strawberries (so good!). We'll definitely be back!

The taste and quality is superb and unmatched. It's delicate yet subtle. The complexity is there, with rich boldness and flavors that highlight the original leaf. I am always torn between trying something new or getting the orange bianco milk tea, pistachio matcha, or Seoul coffee. They are all very balanced and not overly sweet and you can taste how much care for quality and detail was put into building all of these drinks. They also have options like lactose-free whole milk, oat milk, and 2%. The owner and staff are also always very friendly and always happy to help. Last July they had a banana pudding matcha that was really good (pictured here next to my usual pistachio matcha), and they have had a really good and unique variety of seasonal drinks in the past. Our second visit we ordered the orange bianco, along with the cream earl grey milk teas. Both also wonderful. Today we ordered the raspberry chocolate milk tea and cocoa cream matcha. I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. Incidentally, if you come the "back" way, entering off Warner vs Dobson, the signage on the back side still says Ni Hao. :-) Since we've already visited them three times, I think it's pretty clear we would highly recommend their teas.

On the positive side, the boba was actually really good -- chewy, fresh, and had a great texture. The Lychee Seasons Tea was refreshing and enjoyable, especially if you like fruity drinks. Overall, I'd come back for their tea drinks and boba. If you're a matcha purist, the roasted matcha may not be the standout item on the menu, but the shop still delivered a solid boba experience.
