That was fine, we went back on Tuesday and they said no it's NEXT TUESDAY! 10 days to get our stuff done is absolutely unacceptable! We wouldn't even be here on that date! What kind of dry cleaners takes 10 days to get items cleaned? This was nothing extravagant, just shirts, pants and shorts! They quickly told us they would have it for us that day by 5 PM. We will not be back!

Nor will they call back or comment on provided materials. Classic Cleaners, Big City Cleaners, Island Cleaners - All the same owner I have been told. Also, the location is close to my husband's place of work. The suit, two pairs of pants and tie look great except.....why replace a button "free of charge" and use a completely different button!! Not ok. I know the pants weren't missing a button originally. Unfortunately, now the pant buttons will never match the suit buttons. This effectively made the suit odd to wear. Well, once I replace ALL the buttons, the suit looks very clean. I'll most likely avoid returning unless I know for sure my buttons will remain the same.
