This is my first visit and dry cleaning experience. Not so great is a solid summary. The employees are very nice and I love the ease of a drive-thru. Also, the location is close to my husband's place of work. The suit, two pairs of pants and tie look great except.....why replace a button "free of charge" and use a completely different button!! Not ok. I know the pants weren't missing a button originally. Unfortunately, now the pant buttons will never match the suit buttons. This effectively made the suit odd to wear. Well, once I replace ALL the buttons, the suit looks very clean. I'll most likely avoid returning unless I know for sure my buttons will remain the same. read more

My husband dropped off 2 clean shirts to be pressed and a suit to be dry cleaned. I picked them up and the suit was good, but one of his shirts came back with stains that weren't there before and both shirts were badly wrinkled....First and last time we use this cleaners. read more

Unfortunately, my first experience with the cleaners will be my last. I turn my fur coat in December 1 of 2022. Went to pick it up on 9 January. And which it was not available! I got the runaround all the way up to February. I receive a call on February 7, 2023 to come pick up my coat. Weary and uneasy with my experience with the cleaners, I check the coat upon leaving to find out, they pulled a switcheroo. The coat they were trying to pass off to me was in fact, not my coat. I spoke with the owner, Michael Cannon, who told me he had shipped the coat off himself, and it was, in fact my coat (untrue). Even with photographic evidence, he insisted the coat he was returning was, in fact, my coat(untru). Imagine being deceived and the people you paid for a service are calling you a liar to your face. Very disappointing. read more

The older Mr Cannon does not stand behind his services. After finding three of my five curtains unrepairable due to their services, he tried telling me to 1. take them back to the store I purchased them (was purchased 4-6 months ago), 2. it was due to the pieces being washed (never were washed), 3. that the problem was the way it was made (tag stated they could be pressed), then offering to pay me for them. Sir, if you cannot stand behind your work, I do not want your money. read more

They gave us a huge - huge! stack of some other family's very special from the looks of them - new t-shirts from special trips, Harley Davidson, Disney Land, Vegas etc. They lost a dress and three tops of mine and but did include a nice amount of feces spoiled large underpants - not ours! - in our bundle - which cost us $93.00. They said the manager would call two weeks ago. No apologies. No manager call. We are going to have to go down there and raise the dickens because somehow - sometimes, that's how you get some response! We will NOT let this disreputable business do this! Don't go here! read more

I have used them since they opened and have never been disappointed! They are so nice when you drop off or pick up. You can depend on them.

As a new customer, I was shocked by not being provided an accounting of my items - when I questioned this - I was reassured that my clothing would be well taken care of. After returning home I noticed my 200.00 black cashmere sweater was missing. I called for the manager, was directed to a voice message and have not received any communication to remedy this situation. I noticed when I dropped off my clothes that there was a note posted on the side of the computer about another customers lost item. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THEY TAKE YOUR CLOTHING.... read more

I've been coming here for over a year to bring my son's ROTC uniform. I've never had a problem until recently. Last time they double creased the front of the shirt. We didn't even know until he put it on because we usually pick it up the day before so there's no chance it getting messed up. I take it back on Saturday and show them the error. I explained that he has a big inspection Tuesday. No problem they say they'll fx it. No apologies. Today I pick it up and inspect and guess what?! DOUBLE CREASED AGAIN AND THERE WAS EVEN A NOTE ATTACHED!! Idiots! And they made me pay! I sat there for 15 minutes while they turned back on the press and corrected it. Last time they'll mess it up! Too bad because it's right on my way to work read more

Frequently tears clothes and does not accept responsibility. I do NOT recommend. Recently have experienced a lot of damage from their machines. I WAS a long time customer. My business is going to a more reputable firm. There are better options in Brunswick. read more

ruined my upholstered sofa cushion -- but the unacceptable part of the experience was the way the owner treated me. he was beyond rude & impossible to deal with! don't take anything expensive there! 30+ people chimed in on my Facebook posting of the photos. read more

Today I went to pick up my daughter MudPie "3" outfit. It is ruined. Parts of the polka dots are missing and the tulle is tattered and torn. The man I spoke to not only won't take responsibility for the damage but called me names, insulted me and my husband that wasn't even present. He made slurs referring to my vehicle after telling me to look at "his" building. All this was in front of my children none the less. Beware of this business. Cannon's Coastal Cleaners is not the home town Coastal Cleaners it used to be that is for sure. read more
