It's clean, spacious, and well laid out, which makes doing laundry a lot less of a chore. There are plenty of washers and dryers available, and I really appreciate the variety of sizes--you can handle anything from a small load to bulky items without a problem. That said, there are a couple of downsides that are hard to ignore. First, you have to use a laundry card, and frustratingly, it can only be loaded with cash. In a world where most places take cards or mobile payments, that feels outdated and inconvenient. The biggest issue, though, has been the customer service--specifically the evening attendant. I'm a weekly evening customer, and almost every week I've witnessed him being extremely rude to at least one customer. Unfortunately, about a week ago, I was on the receiving end. He was very gruff with me for using a folding table in an area he had recently mopped. To be fair, it was about an hour before closing, and I understand he has responsibilities to finish up. However, there was no signage, barrier, or any indication that the area was closed or unavailable for use. I brushed it off at the time, assuming he might have just been having a bad day. However, my most recent visit on April 15 really changed my perspective. The attendant was again rude--this time to another customer--and the situation escalated unnecessarily. A woman was in an area he had just mopped (again, with no signage or barriers indicating it was off-limits). She had earbuds in and couldn't hear him, but instead of handling it calmly, he became confrontational and ultimately called the police because she wasn't responding to him. The police arrived, spoke with her, and then left after hearing her side of the story. The whole situation was uncomfortable to witness and honestly made me feel uneasy. It's a shame because customers should be able to do something as routine as laundry without feeling tense or worried about being spoken to harshly. It also feels like there are unspoken rules that customers are expected to follow, without any clear communication. Simple signage or barriers--especially closer to closing time--could make a big difference and prevent situations like this altogether. While one customer spending around $20 a week (about $80 a month) might not seem significant to the business, it is to me. At this point, I'd rather spend my time and money somewhere I feel more comfortable and treated with basic courtesy. Overall, the facility itself is great, but the lack of modern payment options and ongoing issues with the evening attendant make it difficult to recommend.

Then we took 10 items to them and got only 8 pieces back --- two of which were my husband's work pants (of which he only owns 3 pair). The new girl working there (who was there when we dropped them off) was so incredibly rude and absolutely denied any responsibility whatsoever. As much as we had good results from them in the past, I am not sure we will use them again nor would we recommend them to anyone.

Also, the location is close to my husband's place of work. The suit, two pairs of pants and tie look great except.....why replace a button "free of charge" and use a completely different button!! Not ok. I know the pants weren't missing a button originally. Unfortunately, now the pant buttons will never match the suit buttons. This effectively made the suit odd to wear. Well, once I replace ALL the buttons, the suit looks very clean. I'll most likely avoid returning unless I know for sure my buttons will remain the same.

I dropped off a black pinstripe suit and a blue suit and only received the blue suit and the jacket from my pinstripe suit. The workers took my name down and told me they would find it and call me. They never called.. I showed up multiple times and they told me the owner was going to look for it and if he couldn't find it I would get reimbursed. That never happened. I graduated left the state.. I call them often and I have never got a response. This business lost my suit pants which was one half of a 600 dollar suit I could never wear again. Do not take your clothes here. Horrible experience. I ya e hear of others as well. Go somewhere else.
