Upon entering, the only visible employee was busy on the phone. I took my time perusing all the interesting home decor and furniture. It was a lovely space, with quality merchandise. I had a question, but I overheard the woman placing a phone order for her lunch with very specific requirements. Blah, blah blah. From one call to the other, she didn't even take a break to see if the customers needed assistance. She never acknowledged or greeted me. I was interested in making a purchase but walked out instead. So unprofessional.

I purchased a very expensive, over $2,000, swivel chair and after about 4 weeks the upholstery…read morestarted to sag and wrinkle on the back side and the sides of the right and left arms of the chair. The seat and back foam insert cushions began to lose their shape. I contacted the store with photos and a rep. was sent over who agreed the chair should not be doing that. Later that month, he and a "specialist" came and said the back of the chair was a different type of pleating that could be adjusted and that the cushions were indeed failing. Two weeks later, I called the manager to ask what was happening and was told, "Nothing!" that I had an animal and that the time to return the chair had long past. She was extremely rude! I discovered later that my chair had been on their sales floor for about two years. I paid full price less 10% discount. I said I would have to file a Charge back and she said she would fight it and hung up on me! Later I received a gift card to a restaurant, I would much rather have had my chair repaired. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind what they sell! Horrible experience with the manager.
